Quite a positive change as we used to converse via email with Ken's office and we started losing faith in State Farm as a lot of our suggestions for coverage and a claim for storm damage were initially declined (but another local State Farm agent was able to help us file soon after). We can say that Steven's office is "with it" and communication since the change has been a LOT better.
