In my business, one of the most important things during a home purchase or refinance is speed, communication, and service -- and Julius absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, I was blown away by how responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient he was. After seeing firsthand how well he took care of my client, I started referring more of my clients to him whenever the opportunity arises. Whether it's residential or commercial insurance, I know my clients are in great hands with Julius. The feedback I continue to receive from them has been incredible -- they consistently mention not only the outstanding level of service, but also how competitive his pricing is. I think it speaks volumes when another business professional is willing to confidently refer their own clients. I highly recommend reaching out to Julius for all your insurance needs. You won't be disappointed.

Working with Travis Von Bartheld at Purely Insurance was a refreshing experience. I had reached out…read moreto several companies while shopping for quotes on multiple policies, and most of them wanted me to jump through hoops by filling out endless forms. It felt like they were making me do all the work just to give me an estimate. Travis took a completely different approach. He simply asked for my existing declaration pages, reviewed them, and came back with clear, straightforward feedback. Instead of trying to push me into switching, Travis told me that my current policies and pricing were already very competitive and recommended I stay with what I had. That level of honesty and professionalism stood out immediately, especially compared to others I spoke with. He also went a step further by pointing out one specific adjustment I could make to improve my coverage. That advice was thoughtful, practical, and focused on what would actually benefit me, not him. The process was fast and efficient, which I greatly appreciated. Travis respected my time and made sure every conversation was productive. He was direct when it mattered, but also patient in explaining the details so I could understand exactly what my options were. His knowledge of the industry was obvious, and his ability to translate that into meaningful guidance gave me confidence that I was making the right decisions. Insurance can feel complex, but Travis made it simple. He combined expertise with genuine integrity, which is rare to find. Based on my experience, I can confidently recommend talking to Travis at Purely Insurance if you are considering your options. Having an expert who is both highly honest and professional makes all the difference, and Travis proved to be exactly that.

We found a home that was a great value in this over inflated market, and they accepted our offer. The American Dream was going to happen. That is until I went from agent to broker to agency and on, literally 15 in total and all highly recommended just to find the same answer, the only option for insurance is non-admitted carriers and the CA (un)Fair Plan which was not an option for us as I don't believe in its legitimacy. Nearly giving up, I was referred to Farmers Agent Saeda Turk from a coworker who had a positive experience with her. Upon reaching out, Saeda was very warm, kind and considerate. We both shared about our families and how significant this meant to me which she understood and was empathetic toward. Saeda and Farmers was able to offer a Homeowners policy, thank God. Now that we had a viable option, my focus was on working with the coverage and deductibles to get the premium affordable without sacrificing coverage in a high risk area. As an over-communicator I can be relentless and exhausting, you've probably already figured that out. Saeda is not, very soft spoken and easy going. She was very accommodating to communicate effectively with me, send several proposals over until we got it right, and very responsible throughout the process and even after our escrow has closed and the home is ours. Grateful for Saeda and Farmers Insurance for their part in helping my family's dream come true. I will gladly be referring Saeda to my personal and professional network and look forward to eventually bringing over my auto insurance as well. She's earned my trust through this very difficult process. Thank you Saeda and Farmers Insurance. You've got a happy new customer.
