The customer service is rather poor as well. So I had to pay the remainder of the month. I was also told that I couldn't cancel over the phone- I had to send a letter or a fax to cancel it. The service rep I spoke with was less than cooperative or polite. He actually got an attitude with me when I asked why I had to send a letter/fax to cancel my service. I will NOT be recommending this service to anyone!
