I took my car through this car wash on January 20th. I got out of the car once I went through the wash to dry it off really good, even though it was 10 degrees. I like to make sure the car wash cleaned it good and dry it so there are no water spots. I noticed lots of a small scratches all over the hood, mirrors and trunk. I filed a complaint with the office and received an email saying there is no way that the car wash caused these scratches. Remind you, this is a brand new car so where else would this have happened. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS THROUGH THIS CAR WASH IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CARS I filed a claim and was told that the scratches were not from my recent visit to crew carwash. I have filed a complaint with The BBB AND I will be looking to sue for damages to my Brand new car. This was definitely done by your carwash and I will be sharing my experience with everyone who will listen.

I went here to wash my car late at night and I saw who I think was the owner cleaning up the place. It seems like they take good care of it. However, the sign says that it's three dollars for 5 minutes of water. I used less than 10 minutes of water, but I got charged $15 when it should've been $6. I opened a dispute, but the company said that what I paid was accurate and I should not get a refund. Just warning you that the prices they display and the prices you pay are not the same. It's probably better to pay in cash and see if that works. That way you won't get ripped off.

I get my oil changed at Take 5 so I wanted to try a car wash from this location. Something I saw…read moreonline that I really liked was the complimentary DIY detailing center and free vacuums. I'm tired of paying for a car wash and then paying for a vacuum after the car wash. I immediately was greeted in the line by an employee who showed me the options. There were I believe 4 options for car wash ranging from somewhere around $13 all the way to $26. I chose the $21 package and was put through the wash within two minutes. As I was going through, I felt like the car wash was longer and more active than any other car wash I had been to. I really enjoyed that part! After, I headed to the vacuum and detailing center. I cleaned all the trash out of my car and then got to work vacuuming. I appreciated how powerful the vacuums are! At many places you have to pray that the vacuum will work after paying for it, but that's not a problem here. I vacuumed the mats, the floor, and the seats in no time. The interior cleaner spray worked really well too. I wasn't doing a major detailing job, just wanted to get some dust off the dashboard, but it looked and smelled really clean after that. The window cleaner worked pretty well too, but I didn't put a lot of energy into cleaning the windows. As I was looking around the exterior of my car, I noticed it just really wasn't fully clean. To be fair, it's a white car, so I know it probably needs so extra attention, but that's why I spent $21 instead of the cheapest I could get. It was a bit disappointing to pay so much without the results I wanted. I didn't ask if I could go through again, which I kinda regret, but I just don't love confrontation!
