We started out wanting to just resurface the cabinets we had. Kitchen solvers came out and measured up what we had. Bryce suggested we look at a plan to new cabinets also just incase we wanted to go that route. That is when we decided to go with the new. Let me tell you, the customer service with this company is unbelievable. We went to the showroom and picked out our kitchen. When we got the call the installation was going to start, we were so excited. We knew just from the customer service this would be exciting. The crew arrived on Monday and after a little bit of a hick up, they started with our remodel. I was so impressed as I was on day one with Kitchen Solvers. The work ethic of the crew is pretty remarkable. Everyone worked so well together . They were so professional. I repeated myself more than once while they were here to how impressed I was with the entire team. They were so professional, and worked so well together. The team work between all the crew was impressive to watch daily. Our kitchen was completed days before it was suppose to be. We get many many complements on our kitchen. Family and friends love the kitchen. My favorite part other than our counter and floor is the extra electrical outlets. Never realized before how nice it is to have more. The value of our kitchen was worth it. After our kitchen was complete it bought tears to my eyes. It is simply beautiful! I told Brian and the crew daily and even on the last day how impressed I was with the entire team. I could never say it enough. To be able to watch the entire team work together was a pleasure. He said that the job would take a day and a half and he texted me for over a month saying he was going to stop by and continue, but he never did. This guy needs to be stopped. He is stealing money from unsuspecting people by over charging and not finishing work that he has started.

It took months to hear back from them and weeks to get someone out to fix it. The fix? A couple of little pieces of plastic snapped off from something and used as a shim. Now just scarce months later, they are falling out. On top of that, the floor of the shower is developing black stains despite using the method to clean that the salesman recommended. The salesman said that even though they were expensive, you get what you pay for. Given the issues we have had in the first year, we could have gotten equal quality and better customer service for far less cost.
