She was talking to my daughter and was just frustrated. I was told that this girl was still in training. This should not be an excuse to talk to ANY child this way. I seen this with my eyes and heard. This daycare dismissed my 2 year old child's well-being as a training error. I'm highly unsatisfied. After her admitting, I felt as if my concerns and questions on what was to be done were dismissed and ignored again. Parents bring their children trusting these workers in watching kids. That's fine and dandy, was letting that go, except they want to gripe when we advise them the $25 charge to get her medically declared lice free (which they required for her to return, and we work of course, so needed her to return) would be taken out of the daycare pay the following week. This, of course, is after the fact that anyone there constantly has a holier-than-thou attitude and actively tries to pit a child's two parents against each other by "tattling" on one or the other. I struggle to come up with a more appropriate term than "tattling" because it really is nothing but an extension of their supercilious BS and general nosiness.
