After using several other landscapers to take care of our yard we were frustrated. Year after year,…read morecrews were inattentive to detail and not gentle (our grass would be torn up by their mowers, grass and bed edges would be burned out by over-use of weed-whackers). Their management was not responsive and any other additional work we needed always required quotes that felt like they were taking advantage of our loyalty. All that changed several years ago when we found Always Wright Landscaping on Angie's List after seeing many reviews praising the service. Lorenzo does great work every week to keep our yard looking great. He's dependable and patient (he consistently deals with various children's toys and equipment that are left out in the yard). And whenever we need anything extra done we simply email Sherry, who quickly confirms with Lorenzo that it will be done and we are billed for the work on our next monthly statement. Prices have always been very fair, and statements are always accurate. Working with Always Wright Landscaping is easy and produces great results, what more could we ask for?

Not that I am going to have a tree removed at this point anyway. It'll be next spring. Truthfully there is very little lawn at any of these locations and so it has been fairly low stress. Mainly cleanup and snow in the winter. But over the course of our engagement I quite regularly showed up at the properties to find that nothing had been done in weeks, I'd make a call and things would usually be addressed promptly. BUT it appeared I generally had to actually call them out. At the and of this season I had to call and prompt for a fall cleanup. The crew cleaned up the leaves at one property and then filled up my tenant's garbage cans AND the neighbors with the lawn waste. Yeah that was a big problem for me. I had previously showed great patience given the context...it's only a yard. right?...but Sadly , over the last snow on Jan 23 and 24 they simply failed to show...24 hours later and still nada. I have aged tenants out shoveling the snow because the people I PAY fail to arrive. When I suggested via email that they need to arrive with greater haste or I'd need to find another service...I was basically told that I had an outstanding debt and I could shove it! Oh and there billing patterns are abysmal as well... So yeah my ire is raised...I was so patient with this unreliable service...shame on me. Find another option, why give your money away.
