We went to Noah's on a Tuesday morning before our flight home. This place is in the Versailles neighborhood with street parking out front. The servers were very friendly and attentive. The food was tasty and on the mild side. They did bring out a salsa bar with a hot sauce and oil, and a tray of toast. We didn't have but the sandwiches looked epic with huge portions. Great spot for breakfast in the Versailles area. I had the ranch style eggs which was essentially a breakfast tostada. I got them divorciadas which means both red and green sauce. My husband got the chilaquiles. Food was great and server was friendly and attentive. They have a little outdoor patio and the small dining room was cute too. Just note that it is cash only. Delicious food and service. We ordered the build your omelette which came with salsa and a special hot oil. The side of potatoes were also delicious, amazing flavor. I held off on writing my review so I wouldn't be overly harsh. I think this place has some things going for it: 1. Kind, bilingual staff 2. Decent food (though the omelet is more fritada 3. Reasonable prices 4. Close to Costco So I can see why it is highly rated. But there were a few things that I did not enjoy: 1. Smell of sewage from the street 2. Exceptionally loud fan that looked like it was going to fly apart and decapitate one of us 3. Being delivered an omelet with a big piece of bell pepper sticking out of it after being very clear that I have an allergy. also the potatoes only come with bell peppers in them. read more

This café is a gem in a lesser known area of town. They are in between my veterinarian office and my allergists office so I stop in every now and again. I really like Noah's. In the past few years, they seemed to have really improved their food, and the presentation. We were there for a quick lunch, and I ordered the Fresca sandwich, and hubby ordered the Noah sandwich. The Noah was on ciabatta with turkey, onions, tomatoes, onions and panela cheese. The Fresca has turkey, tomatoes and lettuce with a side of fruit. I have been feeling a little under the weather so I ordered a papaya agua fresca, which was cold and delicious. So happy we found this little cafe just a short walk from our resort (Secrets + Now Amber). They were super friendly and the food was great! I highly recommend visiting for breakfast/brunch during your visit to Puerto Vallarta. We ordered the Breakfast Bagel which did not let down - it was so good! Needed to find a nearby breakfast place to Zona Hotelera and found this place in a non touristy neighborhood. Not much too look at but the food and service was very good. Coffee was hot and had a good flavor and mouth feel. They are out of juice, so mineral water did the trick. I ordered the omelette with three choices of filling. It came with either beans or potatoes and ordered a side of chilaquiles. The red sauce was very flavorful and tasty. Toast and a bit of fresh fruit came with the meal. Portions were adequate and taste wise was much better than other more expensive places near Centro. It is a no frills place but an excellent value. $215.00 pesos a definite nite bargain.
