Dave was away on vacation. He had to come back to Eastham for a child's event and made time to come by and fix the issue. Another example is we mistakenly purchased biofuel from an unreputable dealer. I did not trust the report because of that and really do not think he inspected the entire house. He never did mention in his report what I actually found out to be wrong in the house.
