Devin of Burrell Construction rebuilt broken windows, lifted the house which was sagging, powerwashed the entire cabin and porch, and painted it so excellently that it could be on the cover of a magazine. The white walls and dark green outlining of windows are lined to perfection. It looks like a new cabin. Devin was very conscientious with every step, checking in with us to okay things being done. The cost was very reasonable and we are extremely glad we made the decision to go with Burrell Construction.

Would not recommend. They did not order the correct amount of carpet for the job. It was partially…read moreinstalled and then we had to wait for 2 weeks to get the remaining carpet. We were concerned about the dye lot matching since it was in our hallway and would be obvious if it didn't match. It matched ok color wise however, you can see the seam between the two pieces. There was also an obvious seam going into the bedroom which we asked to have re-done. After it was re-done it was better, but still very visible. We also paid extra to have them move furniture. They only sent 1 person to do all of the moving and installing which resulted in some damaged items.

He never started the project, lied about purchasing supplies and needing to wait for a refund. The vendor they said they only gave him a quote. They never received any money and was not due a refund. He has ghosted me and Angie's list, and now we're taking a legal route. Do not give this man money. He has no assets. He is bonded/registered with Washington state only until November 2025, but he's not licensed. And he's not registered with the Better Business Bureau. And has not been picked up by Home Advisor for that reason. He had a similar incident with another client. And that client had to go through legal proceedings to get his money back.

I had a prompt and free estimate that then led to a very nice written up contract which was all just focused because then it went to a string along of excuses as to why the job couldn't be started until finally months later being told that he had to file bankruptcy and it was no way he could ever start much less complete the job. Many many have sought out legal recourse but all becomes his judgments upon judgments against them with no real monetary compensation. Shame on them absolute shame. I will be seeking to add photos of the contract so they cannot claim they never spoke with me or knew who I was just another lie in their web of being scam artist.
