He never started the project, lied about purchasing supplies and needing to wait for a refund. The vendor they said they only gave him a quote. They never received any money and was not due a refund. He has ghosted me and Angie's list, and now we're taking a legal route. Do not give this man money. He has no assets. He is bonded/registered with Washington state only until November 2025, but he's not licensed. And he's not registered with the Better Business Bureau. And has not been picked up by Home Advisor for that reason. He had a similar incident with another client. And that client had to go through legal proceedings to get his money back.

Many many have sought out legal recourse but all becomes his judgments upon judgments against them with no real monetary compensation. Shame on them absolute shame.
