First contacted him in Jan 25 regarding leaking. At that time he said he was out of town and would be out to fix in when he returned. Specifically told us to NOT try to fix it ourselves by applying anothet product. Later he started claiming leaks aren't covered, however he originally said it would not leak and his social media page claims it covers leaking. We've been in contact with him multiple times. Always an excuse. He offered us a refund in April 25. We, of course have received nothing. We checked with him in May regarding the refund we didn't receive. He claimed to be mailing it the following week. Here it is July 21st and still no repair and no refund!
