Needless to say, remodeling with Kootenai Lakes Drywall is worry free. He is on time, every time, and the results are always perfect. One thing to stood out to me is how quickly they were able to get the jobs done. Jeremy, the owner, is very good at coordinating the various workers so there was very little waiting time during the project. He moves the project along quickly and does very good work. Another thing to stood out to me is the quality of his drywall work. My basement has a rather peculiar texture pattern, but his guy was able to perfectly match the pattern, and his seams and taping were so clean that there's no way to tell there was ever any work done. The shower he remodeled for me turned out very well. He was even able to relocate an exhaust fan, expand the size of the shower, and the quality of the tile & grout-work came out very well. Next year I plan to use Amason All Around again to remodel my two downstairs bathrooms.

Owner, Derek, did work…read morefor my husband and I as we prepared our house to go on the market: household repairs, drywall work, linoleum, door installation, all types of trim work, and so much more. He did a fabulous job and was happy to work on the fly; adapting to whatever I needed in the moment. He made my ideas and visions come to reality. Any work I needed, I knew Derek could help. If it was out of his scope, he would still make it happen by connecting with one of his colleagues and bringing them in. We were very satisfied with the work he himself completed and the work anyone he brought in completed. Whatever you need done, Derek can help! His experience, work ethic, professionalism, and reliability are just a few of the many wonderful attributes he holds. Not only did he prove to be a great asset in completing our project, he is a great contractor I would go out of my way to recommend to anyone needing his services! Thank you Derek and team!

He provided the material and he had all the high quality tools to do a great job! I was hesitant at first because he had no reviews but I'm glad I took the risk. He was the least expensive by a long margin. I compared his prices with at least 12 other quotes. He fixed all my mistakes. I tried to DIY the drywall myself and failed miserably. He taped, applied mud, textured and paint...with all that, he was still cheaper than others just doing the drywall. I highly recommend his company. Drywall mud takes a while to dry completely. But to speed up the drying, we had the heat running overnight. He did 2 coats of mud and paint. He's the one I call from now on to fix my drywall.

Unfortunately, nothing about the service visit was as expected, including the quoted pricing. Here is an excerpt from the email I sent to them, which went unanswered: - Originally I was quoted a discount price on the dryer vent cleaning that I was told was a greater discount than the military discount. At the completion of the service, the dryer vent discount was not offered and so I paid more for the service. - I was also told that the service would take approximately 3 hours to complete, and then was told by the technician that arrived that it take approximately 2.5 hours. He was done in 75 minutes and appeared to be in a hurry. No explanation was given as to why the work was done early. - There was dirt and debris located in every room after the technician left. I spent almost an hour vacuuming floors and furniture to clean up the mess left behind. - The brand new filter was still accumulating large pieces of dust and dirt after the service was completed. I was told the vents were completely cleaned. Disappointed to say the least....
