I informed the seller that my boyfriend works in the area and would be by soon to purchase them. On his way home he said they took the agreed upon payment but only gave him half of the tools (13 tools). My boyfriend was just the pick up person so he didn't realize the exact amount of tools to be collected. After calling them they said they had sold the other half of the bundle and gave him the rest for the original price. I feel cheated by this company and can not recommend people doing business with them.

STAY FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!!!…read more I sold them THREE completely full storage units of my treasured items from my house that had caught on fire. It had collectibles, family heirlooms, inherited family furniture, childhood keepsakes, bikes, tools, exercise equipment, a ping pong table, sound system components, etc. One of the units was FILLED with merchandise from my eBay business. It contained collectible dinnerware and china, flatware, Disney collectibles, and other random collectibles. They said that they would list my items on eBay and I would receive any profits from the items that sold minus their fees after a period of three months. When I contacted them after three months, they told me that not one item sold. Really? Not ONE! And they did not provide any PROOF that they had listed the items on eBay or any other marketplace. They could have just put everything in their own storage and had a yard sale and then told me that nothing sold. I have no idea what they did with my stuff. The three storage units had an estimated value of $4K to $8K. Possibly more. (I had boxes and boxes of vintage china (a whole 10' x 10' unit full) and sometimes ONE plate would sell for over $100 in my eBay store.) And then on top of STEALING everything in my three storage units, they tried to tell me that I owed them for storage fees. And the fee they had quoted me which was über pricy to begin with had magically doubled. These people are not business people at all. They are con artists and that is all they are! They have never done an honest day's work in their entire life. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE if you want to hold on to your money. They are thieves posing as legitimate business owners! Plain and simple!

    # CONSIGNORS BEWARE…read more Okay, so I need to share my experience with Occasional Wife because this is honestly wild... The TL;DR? Their sticker system is a DISASTER and it's costing consignors money. Here's what's happening: They use these flimsy price tags/ID stickers that literally just... fall off? And when that sticker falls off, POOF -- your item becomes a ghost. No tracking number = no payment for you. The store just keeps 100% of the sale. I've personally seen MULTIPLE items sitting there with zero identification. No price, no consignor number, nothing. When you ask about it? "Oh, the sticker must've fallen off ‍" Like... THAT'S the system?? This isn't a one-time oopsie -- this is a pattern. And it's honestly unacceptable when real people are trusting this business with their valuable items. **Kay (the owner) -- if you're reading this:** Your entire business model depends on consignors trusting you with their stuff. But how can we trust a system where our items can literally become untraceable because of a bad sticker? Your consignors are literally filling your store with inventory. We deserve better tracking than "sorry, sticker fell off, guess it's ours now! " **Bottom line for anyone thinking of consigning here:** There's a very real chance your item will lose its ID and you'll never see a dime. You might as well be donating your stuff for free. Please, PLEASE invest in better stickers or a better tracking system. This shouldn't be that hard to fix. #OccasionalWife #SmallBusinessAccountability

They should be clear boxes that are lighter and easier to manipulate. I paid more than enough for this service. I did not post the photo of the hot mess of a workshop that I have to organize when I am well enough that they did not do a good job of. It's not even neat and clear.
