The shop was clean and legit. They show u everything is new as well. Nice decore and all the artist were friendly. The guy that did us was quick and had a steady hand, not heavy handed good work and customer service, we recommend. It's not easy to find free parking but around the corner u can pay and the car is safe, charge by hour. read more

I went in to get my nose pierced. They were super clean and got the job done fast. I payed around $45 bucks which was to me kinda pricey for tj, the girl before me went in to get the exact same piercing and charged her like half the priced I payed, idk if we maybe got a different piercing?? (My friend gets all her tattoos there and I payed almost the same price as she pays for a tattoos) but other than that honestly it was fast and a good vibe :-) read more

Came here on my last trip to TJ and had a great experience. Juice did great work and I get lots of comments on his work. Place felt clean and professional and prices were excellent given the quality of work. These guys know their craft. I'll be back next time I'm in town. read more

I knew spanky when he was in Los Angeles. He was well known then. But he has skyrocketed to the top here in Mexico. I've seen him in newspapers and TV. He is not only a great tattoo artist but he also has an inspirational story behind his stardom. I've gotten plenty of work done by him and will never let anyone else work on me. I still come from Los Angeles to get more work done. He is the best in my eyes. He also does piercings. His shop is spotless. Clean as a whistle. read more

No Mercy Tattoos fue fundado por Jose Arce mejor conocido por (Spanky) y hermano William Arce. . Spanky fue deportado en el 2009 y Decidio no regresar al EU. Empezo a buscar la manera de como estableser un negocio aqui en mexico. Con la experiencia de mas de 15 años tatuando y ya abiendo tenido un negocio en Los Angeles Ca. Se hizo un poco mas facil y asi fue como empeso esta gran trayectoria con No Mercy Tattoos en Tijuana Mexico.

Meet the Business Owner: Jose Alfredo Arce A.

Jose Alfredo Arce Alvarez (Spanky). Nacido en Guadalajara Mex en 1975. Fui llevado a Los Angeles Ca. a la edad de 2 años donde me crie hasta ser deportado en el 2010 y donde habitualmente recido. Empeze en el arte desde mi infancia, en 1992 fui introducido al aerografo y empeso mi carrera como artista profecional pintando camisas etc. al tatuaje fui introducido por medio de un amigo con una maquina hechiza en 1996 y ahorita es lo mejor que me puedo aver pasado. Amo mi trabajo el tatuaje es mi vida. Jose Alfredo Alvarez Arce ( Spanky ) . Born in Guadalajara Mex in 1975. I was taken to Los Angeles Ca. at the age of 2 years where I grew up till being deported in 2010 and where i now live . I started in art since childhood , in 1992 I was introduced to airbrush and my career as an artist began. Tattoing was introduced by a friend with a homemade machine in 1996 and right now is the best thing thats happend to me . I love my work and tattooing is my life. i take great pride in my work.

I love No Mercy Tattooing !! SPANKY is the Best I told him what I wanted to get and he turned my idea or picture to an even better idea ;) he only charged me 150$ for coloring, the name and the tattoo itself. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. I will be going to him from now on :) and not to mention that the guy who did my tattoo was extremely gentle:) if you want to a tattoo and are looking for a great price go to him :) read more
