Rudest people i have ever encountered. Cannot do a simple service. Will hang up right in your face without answering a simple question about a switch of a piercing. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Treating people like S*** wont get you or your business anywhere. read more

My daughter likes this shop for her ear piercings. I'm terrible at remembering names but she's gotten her ears done twice by the same guy. They're always pretty cool when we're in the shop. Definitely recommend! read more

Panda was amazing at piercing. He pierced my daith, my wife's earlobes and my nieces earlobes. When my niece started crying he was so comforting and did them so well! I'm also hyper aware of cleanliness. Panda answered the phone right before he started a with gloves on and made sure he changed his gloves before starting. He also washed his hands and cleaned his space well. The other guy next to his station was so friendly as well and comforting. Felt like being pierced by family. Would highly recommend. read more

Panda was awesome for my daughter getting her ears pierced and use pierced! Great price too!

I paid $80 for my nose piercing and he didn't ask for ID or anything, did ask what sort of jewelry I wanted. I'll give credit to the fact it was clean but 2 days after the ball that he twisted on came off. Incredibly disappointed with the overall experience, do not recommend at all. read more

Panda and Panch were amazing coming in this tattoo shop. Made me feel comfortable and safe while being there. Panda was my piercer and did my anti-lobe. He was professional and very gentle. I will definitely come back to this shop again. Thank you to both! Referring you both for sure. read more

Great tattoo shop with great vibes. All the guys inside are pretty cool nice and friendly. Everyone is very caring and respectful. I've been going there for over five years and I will continue to go. my favorite artist there that I get all my ink from is Panch. He has done everything that I have asked for very professionally and also he can do all types of art which I was very impressed.. another cool thing there is there is a lot of food places around you can always grab a bite. Before getting tattooed or after. read more

I'm am forever grateful for the amazingly talented Listo " Junior" Tapia. I've looked into a lot of places these last 5 years. I was looking for the perfect artist to bring life to my son. To have my son always close. To make sure everyone can see him. He has his daddy's lips and nose. Junior made sure to keep it that way. It just amazes me how perfect he brought my son to life. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I've been through a lot of grief as well as healing, and this is another part of it. Another part of my grief journey that will help me smile when I can look down at him and always know he is there. To be able to show off my son whenever I want. The shading, the sunflowers, everything I'm beyond happy with everything. From the moment I walked in, I felt a very calm, relaxing vibe. The man who was there greeted me with a big smile. Junior made sure the stencil was the perfect size. Everything was how I wanted it. During the session, more employees kept arriving, and everyone was kind and had a very good vibe. I definitely recommend this little shop full of big talent. The guys are welcoming, and I felt very comfortable. I will definitely be back for my next piece. read more

Amazing customer service from Ivan AKA PANDA! He was super cool and chill throughout the whole process, also made sure I liked the placement. Explained the after care (recommended a cleaning solution for the piercing as well) of my nose piercing carefully and made it fun ;) also not overpriced at all! 100/10 P.S: The store has a new owner! They have different ways to pay, the place is very clean, uses new needless! And make sure to disinfect the piercing. Check his work! @pandas_piercings read more

Service was okay but a nose piercing for 90$? And it's cash only, I wasn't bothered by the price because I thought maybe it was good quality for the price but no, it broke in half while inside my nose. after a month not really happy with it. read more

I'd give it a 3.5(it won't let me do half)They weren't terrible but they lowk did me dirty with my left third lobe piercing. They caught cartilage and it's higher up compared to my right ear:/ you really can't notice it too much(if you aren't paying attention) but it's just annoying for me since I know. Also one thing that kinda stood out to me was what they use to clean the piercing, bactine, which I thought usually can cause irritation. If it works for you good but I feel like for more sensitive ears it wouldn't be the best. I will say the guy I had was extremely sweet to me and very patient considering I don't do good with needles and was extremely nervous. Along with this, I probably should've said something but I hadn't noticed anything until I showed my cousin and he noticed it for me. If you do decide to go there just double check that the piercing is good before you leave, I don't think I will go back to get it redone because it's hardly noticeable but just letting other people know. read more

PRICES ARE DECEIVING!!!! I went in today to get my daughter's ears pierced. The sign read $40 for earlobes ( lobes is plural and implies more than one) after seeing that I decided to get my ears pierced as well. Piercing was great quick, clean and easy. When I went to pay the guys said $160, I said "For what????" He explained that it was a$40 per earlobe. The prices are totally deceiving. They need to fix their writing to people completely understand the price they are paying. I was a returning customer to this spot but will not ever be returning again unless they refund me and honor the price stated on their sign. read more

So, wanted titanium studs cause recently began wearing pierced earrings again. Went to Ambitious on the recommendation of Kings Jewelers staff (a few doors down on the main street of downtown Chula Vista). Was immediately approached by a pleasant young man who advised what I needed; found the earrings; put them in for me, and almost talked me into a tattoo (still considering it!). The most important element of any successful business is customer service, and Ambitious should be there for quite a while!! Thank you!! P.S. I'm a 70+ year old grey haired woman, and they did not ignore me as too many businesses do. Appreciated!! read more

Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the guy who does the piercings but he was amazing! He was very good at keeping me calm and telling me to just focus on my breathing when he was doing the piercing. Thank you very much and I couldn't be happier with my new piercing!! read more

Just to let you all know this establishment is under new ownership as of 1 month ago. Angel Martinez is no longer part of this tattoo shop. They have solid, talented and respectful artist. I do not recommend for piercing. They gave me a normal sized bar for my snake piercing on my tongue and didn't think about swelling so my tongue swelled up bad and was in pain, when I went back for it to be fixed they refused me and said they didn't have any longer bars. 2/10 read more

So I was a walk-in showed them my idea and also put a $120 deposit down for some work. I guess I spoke with the owner of the place Junior and he told me he would have a drawing for me in about a week. I never heard back from him I stopped by the shop they said he was out of town and that was about it. They do not refund deposits so I lost out on $120 bucks plus I never got my tattoo or even shown a drawing of what I wanted. Crazy how quickly they are to take my money but slow to get back to me showing what I'm paying for. I'll never walk through those doors again read more

Worst customer service ever ! Showed up exactly @12pm for friday the 13th special when they are said to be open and I am still waiting currently at 6pm with still a 45 min wait . Worst customer service because when asked how long the wait was for my spot they kept telling me the same response which was 45 mins and I was told this 4 times . Very very disappointed with the shop. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. I am a very patient person but I guess they messed up on the list that was taken so every one who was waiting before did not get seen until WAY later. Other people after me got seen before me. Wish this was better ran . read more

DO NOT GET ANY PIERCINGS FROM HERE ! Honestly if I could give this place zero stars I would I came into this tattoo shop after calling and asking how much it would be for a nipple piercing two nipple piercings but when I got to the tattoo shop they gave me a totally different price OK no problem ...When I went and I told him I needed my nipples pierced he agreed to do it he said that he is the owner of the shop his name is ANGEL MARTINEZ he assured me that He did piercings as well as tattoos He asked me to takeoff my shirt so that he could see what he was going to be doing he immediately got extremely nervous and requested that my friend leave because he needed to "" concentrate " he was extremely awkward and made me a little bit uncomfortable he started off by piercing the first nipple which appeared to be fine then he proceeded to go onto the next nipple and immediately after the piercing was done I knew something was wrong and I could tell by the look on his face that he knew something was wrong to but didn't say anything the piercing was literally coming out of the center of my nipple and was extremely slanted and crooked I didn't say anything at the time but I did go back the next day to let him know what had happened he tried to blame me for the reason why my piercing looked that way saying it was because I had a breast augmentation done which has nothing to do with why my nipple piercings were done incorrectly he had an attitude but he returned me my money I strongly suggest you never get anything done there they will screw up your piercing !!! read more

On Friday the 13th my boyfriend and I went in to get a tattoo each and we noticed around 12-1 am, almost every tattoo artist there had left except one (the owner ) . We waited until 5am for the owner to finish everyone else's tattoo .Although it was very late/early the owner, (Angel) still managed to be very considerate and gave us very good customer service ,. He was very committed to finishing everyone's tattoos despite the time . He was able to do my boyfriends tattoo which was a year tattoo that came out just as my boyfriend wanted it. Because of the time, we were all very exhausted, and Angel wasn't able to do my tattoo, so we rescheduled for another day. On March 15th I went in to get my "Loyalty " tattoo and Angel came up with a really good tattoo that he drew himself . It came out exactly how I wanted it . He even worked out a deal for me since I wasn't able to get my tattoo on Friday the 13th . He was a man of his word and he does very amazing work ! If you're looking to get a tattoo here , you should definitely check out his work or stop by at the shop ! read more

Me and the spouse came in for tattoos. I'm a very uncomfortable person. We dealt with Adolfo. He was very pleasant, and even offered to come in early to allow me the comforts of not being surrounded by so many people. I got something small ( jasmine flower w/ color)and my spouse got something similar to a sleeve done. Added to what he already had. We both liked our tattoos and highly recommend him as tattoo artist. The price was reasonable for what we got and we'll definitely come back and have other work done. Parking per area was tough. Shop itself is very lit and we'll kept. Most artist were very friendly. Smiled and pleasant. read more
