I only had second hand knowledge of them but figured I would try them out personally. I needed a beach wheelchair for my dad, they made the experience so easy I thought I forgot to confirm them when I booked them like 5 months in advance. I reached out day before to confirm we were still good and we were! We confirmed the meeting time at the beach access. Day of they arrived ON TIME as scheduled and would you believe.. I was not available ( I was taking get ready pictures for my nephews wedding and the Bride & Groom were running about 30 minutes behind)... After trying a few other taxis (all of whom said they didn't have anyone in ft. walton; all in destin instead) I landed upon Don Fischer and his shuttle. He came by promptly, with a clean and multi-passenger van, and affordably got me to the airport and back. Clean, prompt, affordable (and will negotiate if you pay cash), and very safe driving style. Same was true this week when we dropped off some items. Same 5-stars for congenial, friendly, polite attendant, Maria who served us. By the end of the day I received a text indicating that our items were ready. We picked them up clean, fresh, folded, wrapped in protective plastic....and at a very reasonable price. 5 again...for sure.
