This place is DOPE! First of all, customer service is on point. My boyfriend and I walked in here for the first time today to find a mod for my sister. We were immediately greeted by a group of smiling, incredibly friendly staff that made us feel welcome the second we stepped through the door. I've been to SO many shops where you feel like an unwanted nuisance walking in unless you're a friend or regular and it was awesome to feel like I was part of the fam, being welcomed home at this shop even though it was the first time I'd come in. The guy who helped us out (didn't catch his name! ) engaged in conversation with us, had a few laughs with us, and really took the time to figure out what we needed and helped us find the best fit for what we were looking for. To top it off, he hooked us up!! We walked out with a new mod, fresh batteries and a few other goodies for an insanely good price, made it to the car and ended up walking right back in because my boyfriend wanted to get a new mod for himself, THAT'S how good the deals were. We came in today for vape supplies but this shop has got EVERYTHING you need for all your smoking needs. I was actually pretty shocked by how much inventory they've got in there. Thought I'd try this shop for the 1st time for a couple items I needed. Ended up walking out after about 3 minutes because there were just a bunch of thugs in there wandering around trying to start a fight with one another. I don't even know who the employee was. I live in Fresno and traveled out to Madera to visit this Vape shop and it was well worth it! Huge selection of mods, much more than any Fresno shop.. The owner is super friendly. The prices were right where they should be and not ridiculously marked up like a few of the Fresno shops. I've already been back a few times and feel it's well worth the trip! read more
