Then they do not let you in. I paid to be in the program and within 24 hours they said no but they let the males in my orientation class in. They are terrible and I am in a better place now that is inclusive to women and not all teenagers who landfall moms pay to hit. I will continue to spread this to all the women I know. Ypu are terrible and not safe for women.

I have done some pretty tough workouts, hiked some challenging mountains, and trained for a marathon, and I can tell you that Cape Fear Boxing is a superb workout. I came in last night for my first time to check out the Adult Boxing class. It was me and two other guys. Coach Terry beat the stuffing out of me. After class I spoke to Coach Rasheed about the different options for the gym and I wish I lived in Wilmington year round, because working out here and a solid meal plan would make any person one seriously in shape human. The different options for classes in terms of cost are competitive. Dropping in won't break the bank and committing for a month or even a few brings the cost down. This place is more expensive then weight lifting gyms like Golds or O2, but you get some one on one time with the coaches during your group class. You may notice the 4 star review instead of the 5 and that is simple that the new location is fairly bare at the moment. They have some speed bags up, but the heavy bags weren't up yet and most of the gym is still getting put together. I am sure it will end up looking good. I can't wait to get back in here and get another workout in. Oh and they offer ladies classes too. I would love to get my fiancé in here so she can get a killer workout. I highly recommend this place for your workouts.
