I really liked this car wash because of its special feature: You can hand wash your car with a soft…read morebrush before the actual drive-thru car wash. You dip the brush into this smooth blue liquid in a big container. Whatever's in the liquid takes the dirt right off the windows and bumper with ease. You see, I drove from Atlanta to Jackson, catching so many bugs that my front window and bumper looked a mess. All I had to do was dip the brush in the liquid, and with one wipe and two wipes for good measure, the bugs came right off. I even cleaned my back window. Once inside the drive-thru, the grime and dirt melted right off to the ground. I added the extra blower to dry my car, which was a treat because I didnt have the streaks on my window or tried round dots on my windows. What was super shocking is that I received all of that for the low price of twenty dollars.

Overall a disappointing car wash experience. After spending over $20 on a car wash you're left with…read morea car that's barely washed, still covered in water after you roll out, and bugs all over the front. I think the issue is the wash goes way too fast so not nearly enough time to get anything off the car other than a little dirt not enough time to properly dry it. The staff does a quick once over when you enter but clearly if the car has bugs all over it maybe you should stop it, put some effort into getting them off since obvious the wash process doesn't do much.

Rain Forest Car Wash is where I have gone for my oil changes for years. I used to recommend them…read morehighly but earlier this week they failed to give me the receipt needed for the free car wash that comes with the oil change. My complaint is less about that than it is about the attitude I encountered when I called about it. I left the day of the oil change because I had to get back to work. When I returned the next day for the car wash, the receipts I had did not work for the car wash. I called and was told that "if I lost the recept there would be no car wash." I went to their Facebook page hoping someone in authority would help, instead they posted a picture of me sitting in my car holding a piece of paper. Saying that proved that I got the receipt -- yes I got a receipt for the oil change and a register receipt, nothing else. If they had spent less time trying to prove me wrong and more time providing good customer service, I would not be posting this review.
