So then after I purchased their door I went out to load it and gave the helper my old door to wrap. After a few minutes he brings it back and said his boss told him that's a no go. He couldn't wrap it unless I paid them extra. I then go back inside to inquire what changed other than me actually paying for the door. I was then told how much they spend a month on the bubble wrap and how expensive thing are and on and on. It's just business I was told. Ok, that's fine but what able having a business that will honor what you said you would do. In my case just 10 minutes before I was told by the salesman oh yeah no problem, we'll be happy to wrap your door. Then after they get my money it's a completely different story. Oh no we can't afford to wrap anything other than what we sell you. The feeling I got was like How dare you even ask for our precious bubble wrap. I hope your experience is better but a word of advice... if you are promised anything might want to get it in writing from these folks.

We bought a used car from Nema and Abe. Pleasurable experience and would recommend them to anyone.read more

I am not normally someone who leaves reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been so…read moreunbelievably frustrating that I feel obligated to share it. For over a week, I tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealership while trading in my current car. Before making the nearly two-hour drive, I requested two simple things: an estimated trade-in value and the final out-the-door price of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. After more than a week of attempting to communicate with multiple people, I never received either. I initially contacted the owner through the Facebook listing and was repeatedly told his sales team would reach out. I then spent several days communicating with the dealership, having to provide my vehicle's information FOUR separate times, only to continuously be told to "wait until tomorrow" for an estimate. On Friday, I spoke directly with Abe, who assured me I could bring my vehicle in and complete the transaction that day. I was already an hour into my drive when he informed me they wouldn't be able to complete the deal but I could still come and look at the car I wanted to buy and we could do the deal Monday. I turned around and drove home. On Monday, I called ahead to confirm everything was ready, was once again told to come in, and then had those plans canceled because the person responsible for trades had already gone home. By Tuesday, I was communicating with yet another employee who promised to have my numbers by 3:30 PM. That time came and went without a response. I had already left work and ended up sitting at a gas station for over 20 minutes, waiting for information I had been promised. After expressing my frustration, I was assured that if I didn't receive the numbers that afternoon, I would have them "first thing in the morning." The following morning, three hours after opening, I still had nothing. I reached out one final time and received no response. Now finally, on Thursday I have reached out one last time and offered to bring my vehicle in person again on Saturday and have been completely ignored once again. I was a serious buyer, ready to trade in my vehicle, finance the difference, and purchase their car. I wasn't even trying to negotiate a deal. I simply wanted basic pricing information before driving nearly two hours. Instead, I received over a week of broken promises, wasted time, and absolutely terrible communication. I have genuinely never had so much trouble trying to GIVE a business my money. I will never attempt to do business with this dealership again, and I would strongly caution anyone considering traveling from out of town to purchase a vehicle here. Extremely unprofessional and an incredibly disappointing experience.
