The front desk staff are friendly and always very smiley but don't always know what they're doing. I got in for my 3:15 appt at 3:10, a guy came in for his 3:45 appt. At 3:30 he was roomed. I asked the front desk and she said I had to do an intake form. Alyssa, the other front desk staff who had just sat down, is shaking her head while looking at the other front desk lady's screen. This was not my first or second time here. So she takes me into a room and tells me to be on my phone so I can answer their call to do the intake. 10 minutes later, no call. Front desk staff comes in again and ASKS FOR MY NAME. Then she said oh it's because your appt is at 3:30. No, it was 3:15. Then she brings me to another room and says to wait for the nurse.... No intake done. I didn't complain in the past because I understand them running behind. But this time, it seemed like the nurses were actually on schedule seeing as how they roomed the 3:45 patient at 3:30.
