Horrible experience! They threatened us they wouldn't drive unless we gave them more cash each time even though they were hired for a weekend. The bus driver hit a car, couldn't get the under storage open which was difficult with 40 kids with luggage, and the bus broke down and couldn't get the kids to and from dinner. Ordered the 1966 Austin Princess and did not get this car after paying a pretty penny for it. A horrible disappointment and horrible customer service. Wasn't even informed of this switch-a-roo, and I had to reach out and address the issue with them DAYs later, instead of them reaching out to me. Besides that, the car that was sent did not even compare (leather seats tattered) to the classic car that I ordered and paid for, nor did the driver come prepared with the champagne toast that was included in my package. Thank GOD there was a one hour long MASS so that I could instruct them to (at the very least) get the champagne and red carpet service that I also ordered and paid for but was not sent with the driver. This has to be one of the worst bus companies to deal with starting with the driver ending with the wife that's the receptionist. The driver fell asleep so we literally had to break into the bus to wake the driver up. Then the driver supposedly professional driver didn't know how to get from point A to point B I literally had to give him driving directions every step of the way. Then we lost something in the bus and don't expect them to return anything they are a bunch of thieves the will take it and keep it for themselves. Then you have the last minute bus switch I booked a 50 passenger bus which they showed me bus number 6 and last minute they stated the AC in that bus went out and got stuck with a 45 passenger bus I have pics of everything I'm saying there were people left standing due to the lack of available space. Oof this was a disasterrrr Booked two buses months in advance to transport 130 people for a spiritual retreat. The day comes and we waited over 3 hours for the buses just to find out that only one bus was sent and as a "substitute" for the second bus we got a party bus and a party sprinter (a van). The 55 adults barely fit (had to have been illegal) and fitting their luggage in as well was impossible considering these vehicles have no cargo space. The customer service was TERRIBLE as she wasn't even concerned with what had happened. You'd think, they had learned their lesson for our return BUT the same vehicles were sent AGAIN. My sister in law and her husband surprised us with a 1966 Austin Princess Rolls Royce with champagne and red carpet treatment for our wedding on 9/27/2025. The 1966 Austin Princess never came that day. No one was given a call that there would be a replacement vehicle coming, nor, did the driver come with the champagne that was paid for. When the driver came to pick up my future bride and the other 3 girls at the house, there was no time to get pictures with the vehicle because the driver was on the phone with the company . Our matron of honor spent, what should have been pre wedding photo shots with the girls,in conversation with the driver about what was taking place.The driver did not know what was going on so he called the company. A reply email was sent, about 4 days later that they gave us an upgraded vehicle. It was a Rolls Royce Phantom with the felt material inside the car, hitting my head if I sat up. I am only five feet 7 inches and I had to slouch down so my head would not hit the top material of the vehicle. It was an uncomfortable ride to the venue. Always read the fine print because I feel we were scammed and the replacement Phantom was not an upgrade to me, especially when I could not sit straight up in the car. I would NEVER recommend this company for an airport pick up, never mind a special event like a wedding. If there were zero stars, that is what I would put down for the review. He gave me his phone number so I can change the times slightly, but keep the same amount of hours. When I had called his manager he said it would be no problem at no cost. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! DISHONEST! I have posted a prior review and will continue to post on NJ Limo Bus LLC as I continue to seek reimbursement for my down payment for breach of contract. After an Essex county court decision (case/docket ESX SC-000752-20) ruling to reimburse the down payment (plus court fees), followed by certified letters of demand by lawyers representing the case, this company has yet to make payment. They even failed to appear in court which speaks volumes about how they feel about the United States Judicial system. I now have to work with the Essex County courts to issue a writ of assistance and work with the Essex County Sheriff to claim the judgment amount. The basis for reimbursement is as follows. On January 20th, 2019, I booked an NJ Limo party bus for my wife's 50th birthday for a night out on the town with friends. The party bus was to take us to dinner at a local restaurant followed by dancing at an NYC club. On January 19th, New Jersey declared a state of emergency (Governor Murphy Executive order no.50) from an impending winter (ice) storm. The storm prohibited driving any vehicles in New Jersey's northern corridor the area in which we live for the duration of the NJ Limo contracted hours. However, even with the State of Emergency, NJ Limo and Bus insisted they were capable of driving in treacherous conditions. They were willing to put my family and friends at risk. I had to point out to them the portion of the contract where it states... "If for any reason, New Jersey Limo Bus LLC is unable to perform the service as contracted for its liability shall be limited to no more than a full refund of any monies paid by the customer hereunder." In my view, the state of emergency enacted this portion of the contract and the Essex County courts agreed! I could not believe NJ Limo and Bus were willing to put us at risk. We've all seen some nightmare stories in the news about limo/party bus accidents involving fatalities. The restaurant and NYC Club understood the dangers related to the State of Emergency and refunded my deposit. I wish I could say the same for NJ Limo and Bus. Please don't believe any of the good reviews, especially on Facebook. I am building a website where we all can post the truth about the poor behaviors of NJ Limo and Bus. I don't usually write reviews but wow...could not have asked for a worse experience. We booked them months before our event and confirmed the week before. The day of pickup only one of the buses we booked came. We waited 3 hours for a party bus and a party sprinter to show up. As I was frustrated speaking to customer service on the phone, not only was she dismissive, but was didn't care to understand the issue and acted like she was doing us a favor by send us this last minute backup. We had 55 adults and their luggage to fit in these vehicles and we were literally sitting on our luggage and even on the ground on top of it for a 2 hour ride. Also want to mention that this was a religious event, and having a party bus was completely inappropriate from the company. You'd think that after this issue and discussing with the company after arriving that we wouldn't have this issue again...but then comes our ride back and same vehicles show up. The driver of the party sprinter told us that he was just called for this drive a few hours prior. We ended up booking an 18 passenger stretch limo (Escalade) for my daughter's sweet 16 and the vehicle was in horrible condition. It's upsetting to pay almost 2 grand for a vehicle to arrive in terrible shape. There were scratches from door to door, the door was completely rusted and the side step was rotted and close to falling off when the kids would attempt to get in and out of the car. The owner had the nerve to say this was one of his best vehicles. He was also extremely rude and didn't want to accommodate us for the vehicle condition. I definitely wont be using this service ever again. Go with Romantique, you'll be better off. Their vehicles are in tip top shape. This company should be ashamed of themselves. You make all this money but yet you don't send your vehicles out to be serviced when repairs are needed? I wish I could post the pics and video footage that I took of this limo. Insanely terrible service. Never book these guys!! On 09/03/2021 my close friends reserved a coach bus a 50th birthday party. The driver was supposed to come at 5pm they never called or gave any indication the driver was stuck in traffic over an hour away. Luckily we called NJ Limo Bus LLC after the bus was already 20 minutes late to find out what was going on. At that point they found out the bus was never going to make it in time. Everyone ended up having to drive, find a ride or carpool to the venue. This was a really big deal because this bus WAS NOT CHEAP! If you are in business as a transportation company you have to show up on time. If this had been a flight everyone would have missed it! It's insane to me that they never even called ahead. Now they are refusing to refund the $2756 for a service they never provided!! Bottom line steer clear of this company if you need a ride to anything important. Absolutely atrocious service. On 09/03/2021 we reserved a coach bus for my 50th birthday party. My husband, my friends and I were all waiting at our house at 5pm which is the time that we were supposed to be picked up. 5:20pm rolled around without hearing anything from the driver or company. We called and we were told that the driver was still a half hour away. At this point we were going to be late to the party if we waited around for the driver to get there so we had to scramble to find transportation to get everyone there that was supposed to take the bus. The driver eventually showed up at the house around 6pm, but we were already at the party. The driver never continued to the destination to bring us home at the end of the party. I attempted to e-mail and call to talk about what happened but I was run around to different people. I was finally put in contact with the manager who told me they had no liability for what happened and when I tried to speak he spoke over me and ended up yelling and swearing at me. They have not returned my e-mails either. We will be contacting both a lawyer and the better business bureau as we were charged $2756 for services that were not rendered. read more

Communication between with the office staff was excellent, they were on time for arrival and the driver was fantastic. The bus had a bathroom and plenty of area to bring food and drinks! Very clean and on the newer side. Comfortable seating area with surround sound music, disco lights, lots of fun. WHAT A DISASTER! I hired this company for a bachelorette party the beginning of July 2018 for 15 people to drive us to the finger lakes from NJ. The quote they provided was very affordable and the communication was great. The bus arrived on time, the driver was friendly and helpful and helped us load all of our luggage into the back. We were on our way! Smooth sailing. When we arrived 5 hours later at the finger lakes home we rented, we went into the back luggage area outside of the bus and noticed that 4 luggage's were missing, particularly mine. I found this odd since i watched him put my luggage in last and close the door. Time went by as we searched the entire back area and they were no where to be found. The situation turned to complete chaos! Girls crying, jewelry, makeup, clothes for the weekend were gone and we had no idea what happened! We were furious! I called the company to explain what happened, that either the back door was not locked properly and the luggage fell out, or it wasn't closed and locked and someone stole stuff out. If our luggage wasn't located, it was thousands of dollars lost that they were responsible for. The owner/manager was TOTALLY unprofessional, laughed at me on the phone explaining it was our responsibility and that we probably left the luggage back at the house where they picked us up from. He was the biggest asshole I have ever spoken to and I ripped into him on the phone. By some miracle, some amazing utility worker on the highway in Penn found 4 bags on the side of the road and was able to get them to the nearest police station. Unfortunately, the bags had been rummaged through, by who we don't know, and jewelry and a few other items were stolen, but overall the bags were intact and full. The driver did end up going to pick up the luggage in penn and bring them back to us in the finger lakes. At the end of the trip, they sent a much larger bus than what we paid for to, i guess make up for our "troubles" Overall, we never received an apology from the owner, no taking responsibility for the items that were stolen. We assume the driver never locked the back door properly and some of the luggage fell out. It was completely unprofessional. Honestly i should have filed a lawsuit against the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would provide them with negative stars if that was an option! I booked a party bus with them in October of 2021 to go to the winery with some friends. Initially, the sales individual I spoke with was very helpful (which now I know was just her eagerness to take my money and then disappear). When I spoke with her I agreed to book with them specifically because she stated that I did not need to pay until right before the service was rendered. Contrary to our agreement, I was charged sooner than expected, with a card I had not approved the use of, causing my bank account to overdraft. I sent an email requesting a refund to which I was ignored, I then tried calling the company. When I finally got someone on the phone I was passed along to multiple individuals (who were completely rude and would not provide me with their names when asked). The final individual I spoke with was completely disrespectful and out of line - he told me that I should "learn manage my money better." After explaining to him that the whole purpose my agreement with the woman I originally spoke with when booking of when I was supposed to pay was because another individual from our group was going to be paying, he agreed to make an exception and refund the charges. I was told that the refund would be received in 3-5 business days, after which I requested a confirmation of this via email, at which point the individual hung up on me. I then sent an email to the company once again requesting a confirmation of the refund, to which they never responded. I proceeded to try calling the company multiple times, and after being either ignored or hung up on when I was able to get an individual on the phone. Because of this (and the fact that I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED THE SERVICE) I decided to file a claim with my bank for the fraudulent charges. When I received word back from my bank I was provided with a letter an individual named Sheikh wrote to the bank where he made numerous false claims that not only did I "cancel" my trip (this never happened, the ride was never canceled and the service was not provided), but when I did I was told that there was no refunds and that I allegedly "refused" to use the money I was charged towards a future trip (because you know, who wouldn't want to give over free money to a company). After months of going back and forth with the bank and trying to argue the fraudulent charges with my bank and the company, I never received my money back or been allowed to use the money towards this service at a later date. Do yourselves a favor and unless you want to just essentially throw over a thousand dollars away and have to deal with the unnecessary stress, do not bother with this company. read more

I do not recommend this company. I was part of a bridal party for wedding in July where the bride and groom hired this limo service service to take us to the wedding venue. They had paid for a red carpet service and champagne toast, and had reserved a limo for 12. There was no red carpet service. There was no champagne. We had to run back into the house to grab one of our own that was being saved for later. This was an experience we all were looking forward to and were very disappointed about. After the fact, the groom had great difficulty dealing with the owners and after 2 months have not still not received the refund that they agreed to provide. Also, the limo felt cramped and there were only 11 of us (most of us on the smaller side) and I don't see how this could have been comfortable for a full 12 people. A party of 12 would most certainly be elbow to elbow the entire ride. Look elsewhere for your limo needs. Based on this company's history of reviews, it's obvious that this was not an anomaly and chances of disappointment are high. read more

Limo driver was great. Only problem was they showed up with the wrong bus. I asked the driver if this was the right bus when he arrived to pick up the groomsmen, he said yes, I even said, hey is this the wider bus? He said yes. When I paid for the bus, joe had two 40 passenger options, the narrow or wide aisle bus. I chose the wide isle bus and he assured me that's what I was getting. To give you an idea, it's suppose to be a 40 passenger bus, I was suppose to have about 32 -35 people. I wanted the extra room for everyone. Once almost the whole bridal party was in, turned out there wasn't enough room for everyone. I had to ask people to drive separately. There was only 27 people in the bus and it was packed. There's nothing I could have done at this point , if I tried to call and get the correct bus it would have ruined our timing. And my day. I tried calling Joe the next day but he was being very dismissive and kept trying to get me off the phone, he said he had to go to something for his daughter (which I get, family is always first), he assured me he would call me back during the week to resolve, he said they might have made a switch last second . it's been over 4 months and I still haven't heard from him. This is based on what I have observed and experienced at my wedding and since joe has not reached back out to me to resolve this, I have to decide what my next steps will be. Booked a trip 6 months in advance and shortly after it was booked, I let them know via phone that the time for the flight had changed significantly, and was told they would track the flight and not to be concerned. I received an email 5 days before we were scheduled to leave with the incorrect pick up time based on the original flight time. I explained to the women on the phone from a 3rd party vendor who does scheduling or confirmations that the time was incorrect and she gave me the email to use for changes. I sent and email and tried to call and it finally after no response called back to cancel and made other arrangements. It was not until the night before the pickup when I heard from the company and told them I had cancelled it and they needed to refund my account. To date they have not refunded my account. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!!! My experience started out great, I spoke with Joe (the owner) he sounded like a reliable person. He informed me that he just bought a brand new coach bus that I will love. After calling all over town looking for 2- coach buses for a company family picnic, no other company had any available, I booked right away. The week of my event I spoke with Linda in their office, who was very unprofessional, extremely rude and condescending, to confirm all the details of my event and that I will receive 2- 56 passenger coach buses, which was stated on my contract. The morning of my event I received 1- coach style party bus which did not have bucket seating, this was required since we had small children traveling, 1- smaller/older coach bus and an old beat up van. I called the office and Joe's cell phone several times, leaving several messages as well as calling their emergency line and no answer. I didn't even get a call back. 1 out of the 3 drivers were helpful, but the driver of the van was lost with our employees for over 2 hours. This company is closed on the weekends with no way to get in touch with anyone. They don't have a dispatch??? This is insane!!! Well, Monday morning I contacted Joe to tell him what happened and right away he cut me off and said he is not going to deal with it and if we don't like their company don't use them again. Right away I knew he heard my messages and was ignoring my calls. This is clearly something this company does on a regular bases. What happened to the customer is always right or customer satisfaction guaranteed? These clearly are not the policies this company abides by. I was really surprised by the positive reviews this company has had and as I started to read them I noticed, the reviewers are all from the same areas. So I kind of felt obligated to write a review for NJ limo bus after what happened last Saturday... I booked the bus about a month ago and when I called Joe, he was nothing but helpful. He spoke to me about the bus, Size, specs, how many people realistically it would fit, sent me pictures and then quoted me out....Believe it or not the final price was the SAME PRICE AS QUOTED! yea can you believe that there is a honest Limo company out there?I couldn't....Not to mention it was about 400-600 less then any other place I called....So I was a bit skeptical of what was to follow... Still a bit worried cause of my previous "limo" experiences I was expecting the usual "bait and switch" at the day of the party but once again to my surprise the same bus that he sent me pictures of showed up! Please do not use this company for any coach bus, limousine or party bus rental. As of mid 2018 this company has a new owner, Sheikh Elahi, and all reviews prior to mid 2018 should be ignored. My wife and I hired New Jersey Limo bus & Limousine for our wedding. We reserved a coach bus to take our guests to and from the hotel to our venue and a party bus for the wedding party. The Party bus was over 30 minutes late arriving to bring the wedding party to the ceremony. The driver wasn't friendly, drove crazy and didn't use the contacts given on our questionnaire. I was getting calls the day of the wedding instead of our coordinator. New Jersey Limo Bus & Limousine double booked our wedding with another event. After the coach bus dropped our hotel guests off at the venue for the ceremony the driver informed us that he would not be returning at the end of the evening to take our guests home. Our coordinator had to call and yell at New Jersey Limo Bus & Limousine to get them to send another vehicle. However, the bus they sent was smaller than what we paid for. Additionally, this bus only made one trip instead of the 2 trips planned. As a result we had guests taking Ubers back to the hotel at the end of the evening. I was given the task of finding a couple party buses for my company's annual summer party. Once I started researching and calling around for quotes, it seemed like a good, reliable company was going to cost a pretty penny, and anything within a reasonable rate came along with a bunch of horror stories written about the company on Yelp. After calling about ten companies, I talked to Joe at NJ Limo Bus, who offered us exactly what we needed, worked with my budget and remained patient with me. They only had one review on here (hence why I am actually taking the time to write another one) but Joe pointed me in the direction of their A rating from the BBB, so I took the chance and booked them. It turns out I needn't have worried--both buses showed up on time, both drivers (Edwin and Mike) were incredibly friendly, and we had an amazing time. Everything was clean. Water, cups, soda and glasses were all in stock. No real issues with directions, bum iPod hookups or anything else equipment-wise. Minus one star because our driver took us to 3 entrances of the park we were going to before finding the one that allowed buses--something I think should've been thought about before--but all in all, I'd use this company again. read more

I've had a number of opportunities to use Joe and NJ Limo Bus, and I could not be happier with every aspect of the planning process and service we received. He graciously upgraded a party bus for us the week of the event, since the larger bus had not been booked, at no extra charge. For my sister's wedding, he provided an extra half hour of service at no charge when the photos went longer than expected, and his drivers were all respectful, courteous, and friendly. I used NJ Limo Bus last weekend for a birthday party. The service was top notch! We hired the 24 passenger bus, which was clean, spacious and just perfect! The driver came on time, and took us to the places mentioned in our itinerary right on time. Having read reviews about other businesses and horror stories of other party buses, I really didn't know what to expect since this was my first time hiring a party bus. And am glad I did!!
