In regards to the most recent home, on move-in day, there was trash left all through-out the home, appliances left, and broken flooring/walls. I was left to clean the property myself. I was then assured that these damages were "minor repairs" caused by the previous tenants, and I would not be responsible for them. The condition of the home was not inspected or documented upon my move in. At the conclusion of my lease, I was not given my security deposit back due to the damages caused by previous tenants. I was told that this was a "normal business practice." Terramark clearly fails to use standard documentation practices in an attempt to get as much money as possible from tenants. Terramark has undergone management issues the entire time I have been involved with the company. I would have to text message different workers at the company to get assistance, as calling the company and leaving voicemails never seemed to be an effective method of communication for them. 0/10
