The only good section in the store were shoes . Clothing was so bland that nothing caught my eye which is so disappointing, handbags were 1/5 and no good designer sunglasses. I ended up with a few pairs of great heels but no accessories , clothing etc fir use Service was good abut holy wow if you have to use the bathroom while shopping , run to find someone because the door is only opened with a code. Located next to the new location for A Modern Line on Florida Ave, this tiny shop has a great selection of vintage clothing and accessories for both men and women. The Owner definitely has an eye for knowing what vintage clothing would still look awesome today. In addition, the owner and her Mom have a whole 'upcycle' section, where they have taken used clothing and altered them in little ways to make them even cooler and more unique. I bought a jean vest that they put a new back panel and matching pocket trim on and I LOVE it! The store is also having events to encourage the community to stop by - this Saturday night they are having a block party with beer, wine, and hot dogs. Previously they had an evening nail art party. Stop by, check 'em out, and spread the word!

What's funny is we were just at Goodwill so I saw a glass jar that was similar to one I found at Goodwill, it was $8 at Goodwill and $34 there. However, that was the only piece I found at Goodwill, whereas here there were so many beautiful pieces. You really can't compare the two, so I'll stop here, but I just wanted to make that clear. I've been into helping the environment recently, so I want to buy secondhand pieces when I can. We were looking for a vase. I ended up finding a gorgeous shell shaped vase. They actually had two, but one had a crack on one side, which is why it was discounted by $50. I decided to go for the non cracked one, which was $140. I think this is reasonable for the quality and it's a statement piece. I saw tons of other items that I loved. There was a standing desk for around $350 and a lot of benches and tables all in the couple of hundred dollar range. Again, not cheap, but definitely less expensive than they probably were when they were new. The guy working there was really nice and helpful. Parking was easy on both sides of the building. They pack this place full of such beautiful finds. I will definitely be back.

The two mid-century booths belong to a woman w/ IMPECCABLE taste & an eye for quality mid-century! (She also is in business as a Home Stager, if you're interested.) My good friend was able to purchase a gorgeous framed mid-century painting from her, as well as two framed paintings by a well-known artist. I walked out with matching & stunning black & gold mid-century glass lamps ($295 before a discount); a George's Briard 22K gold glass dish ($38-- to match a drinking glass set I already own); & a 1940's wooden movable pin ($40)-- definitely not common. They didn't even go through the bag. The bag I brought was untouched, left identically from when I dropped it off. Not worth selling your stuff there. As they don't even take the time to look through your stuff. Lazy as hell
