They told me the driver had already been by twice and as I was standing here, I didn't see anybody so then I proceeded to repeat the address over the phone and the guy got mad stating that I must be up to no good if I don't know where I am. I reaffirmed I'm not from here, so I was just reading the address off of my phone because I am not familiar with the area. He then hung up on me, and then called back, basically yelling at me to tell me that the driver had already been here multiple times so if I want to ride, it's gonna be more money. I said just never mind and he said all right then goodbye and just hung up the phone. The level of disrespect and condescension when he was talking to me was absolutely disgusting.

No gypsy cab in NYC is anything like this badly managed and horrifically staffed. As others have said the dispatcher is rude beyond belief and maybe 1 out of 10 or 20 times you call do they even have a driver on. It seems like they wait to see where you're going and when they see it's not like a 45 minute trip or something they just lie and say they don't have anyone on. Literally. I can't even tell you how many times I have called and this has happened. It's as if it's only a front business in actuality vs. one that operates in any true sense of the word. You can never ever rely on it. You can rely on them saying they don't have anyone on and being stunningly nasty for no reason whatsoever. That's literally it. You'll wish you hadn't called it's so bad. What manager is that bad? None who are legitimate with a functioning brain. Stay away.

We had a van to shuttle our guests back and forth from our hotel in Lock Haven to the wedding venue in Mill Hall. Shirley was our driver and she was great. They were professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a shuttle service!

There are two levels to the boat, and we headed up to the open air top level. There are a variety of tables and chairs available for seating. The lower level offers the concessions, though there was a friendly staff person who came around and offered to take orders and bring things to your table for you. They showed a movie that was about 20 minutes or so long that reviewed the history of the boat and the area, and then the remainder of the time you could enjoy the river and area. It was interesting to hear about the history and nature of the area, plus how the community all came together to not only raise the funds for the recreation of the boat, but also spent hours putting the pieces together once they arrived. Restrooms area available both on board and in a small facility at the dock. There is a nicely sized parking lot available too. They also offer a variety of specialty cruises, which also sound fun!

The owner was very nice and treated as with respect with no problems or pressure and answered questions about the vehicle and then when we finalized the deal,the owner agreed to deliver the car and drive back our trade in to help us OUT because it was in the winter and bad weather conditions for no extra charge,, When I need another vehicle OR friends need a vehicle I will definitely return and tell my friends AND family members to go to them and see what they think about this car dealership...
