Customer service is great and their Shisha is one of the best Ones that i've tried in the GTA. The interiors are beautiful and inviting, tvs everywhere, but it's certainly on the smaller side, so it would get filled up pretty quick once people start knowing about this place. Alcohol is to be added in the next week or two and they'll be starting live music and belly dancing as stated! Great spot, check it out

Shared the falafel platter with my wife which came with 6 good sized falafel, a generous salad, hummus and pita. The falafel are generous sized and flatter than other places I tried making for a very crispy, a flavourful bite. I liked that the hummus came garnished with some pickled banana peppers and black olives. Hummus and banana peppers is a great combination which I will try again at home. Also tried the fresh pomegranate juice which was really good.

I've come here twice now, and I absolutely love the vibe here!…read more Both times, I've come late on a Saturday night, around 10:30/11pm. Most recently we had to give our names and had to wait a good 20 min before our name was called, but our corner lounge area we were seated in, was well worth the wait! Four our usual girls night with 4 people we typically get 2 shishas, one blueberry mint and the other Summer Sixteen. Both are amazing, but after coming twice, Summer Sixteen is definitely my favourite. They've also recently renovated, and it shows! With the updated furniture and the cute stringed lights hanging from the walls and indoor trees, it definitely creates the best chill vibe. For food, we usually order the BBQ Chicken Pizza and the Mandala Fries. Both are great, and complement each other so well. If you order one food item, I HIGHLY recommend the Mandala Fries. It's a dish where they fries are tossed in a deliciously flavoured sauce and drizzles with garlic sauce on top. It's honestly amazing! The service here is also great, the staff are so friendly, and helpful.

2 star = Meh, I've experienced better. Check out my "We smoke it erryday" list…read more Shisha is slightly overpriced. Quality is hit & miss depending on how busy they are. They got different kinds of heads and add-ons for your shisha (check picture below). I recommend getting orange head (or consider watermelon head if you don't mind spending $50) It's a strong shisha so consider getting the ice hose add-on otherwise you might not like it. Tea is nicely served in a fancy teapot. You might be expecting steeped tea, but it's just hot water and one "Ahmad tea" teabag per person. $3 per tea bag! shame on you! I recommend that you order any beverage other than tea. They serve bottled water instead of tap water here, a common pet peeve to most Elites! When it comes to food, place opt for burgers, philly cheese, wraps, pizza, and Quesadillas instead of middle eastern food. I tried their burger and it was juicy, fresh & delicious. Surely worth $6. Staff are very slow and disorganised yet apologetic. Nice, spacey decor. Booths are really comfy. The space is split into two sections front and back with the bar/ vip section. It wasn't as busy when I arrived but nonetheless the vibes were great. The music wasn't too loud that you cannot maintain a conversation. They have the regular shisha flavours like double apple, mint etc. They also have other special flavours like island breeze which cost $32/shisha. They do charge for extra coal, the shisha comes well prepared and ready to be smoked. It was a smooth, flavourful & enjoyable experience. Now one thing I have to note, their menus is fixed, you cannot convince them to make any altercation to any item on the list nor request items (drinks) which aren't on the menu. That leads me to my next point, you cannot order sides unless you order a main. I personally don't understand why. One may not necessarily want to have a full meal late into the night but nonetheless they would not budge. The weekends are busy, reservation's recommended and they follow a strict dress code. I do believe they are setting a precedent and catering to a demographic as more of an upscale Lounge. The service was great, server was attentive but also apologetic as she was bound to a strict menu. Worth checking out for the vibes.
