Customer service is great and their Shisha is one of the best Ones that i've tried in the GTA. They have the regular shisha flavours like double apple, mint etc. They also have other special flavours like island breeze which cost $32/shisha. They do charge for extra coal, the shisha comes well prepared and ready to be smoked. It was a smooth, flavourful & enjoyable experience. Now one thing I have to note, their menus is fixed, you cannot convince them to make any altercation to any item on the list nor request items (drinks) which aren't on the menu. That leads me to my next point, you cannot order sides unless you order a main. I personally don't understand why. One may not necessarily want to have a full meal late into the night but nonetheless they would not budge. The weekends are busy, reservation's recommended and they follow a strict dress code. I do believe they are setting a precedent and catering to a demographic as more of an upscale Lounge. Great sound system & chill vibes pervade throughout. Weirdly the stage is right in the entrance of the club, on your left, with a long bar along the right side, heading back. Great, crowd, great location in cool area with lots of restaurants & plenty of parking - both on the street up to 2 hours & extended parking for a flat-rate of CA$20 (~$14 USD) from 6:00pm until the next morning, just 2 blacks away.
