In summer 2021, I started having unknown reason fever and rashes for weeks and I even go admitted to hospital for over a week without any diagnosis. When I was so desperate and felt hopeless, Dr. Mcnamara arrived in hospital and checked me 5 am in the morning multiple times. She was so professional, careful, considerable and confident. She gave me tremendous help and encouraged me things were under control. She quickly made my treatment plan and got me out of hospital in several days! Since my condition needs more treatment in the following months. I regularly visited her office. Every time, I felt better and better based on the treatment she gave me. Without a doubt, Dr. Mcnamara's 20 years practice on this high professional level is a blessing to all patients she has helped! I want to say thank you again! She is also flexible on time, on communication methods. I could easily call her whenever I need any advices or I had any questions. She would just call me back and patiently answers all my questions. I have never met a doctor like this before in my life! Last but not least, Dr. Mcnamara makes patient feel comfortable. She makes you feel that you are not only talking to a super capable and excellent doctor but also a long time friend. She remembers about your conditions, she cares about your feelings and your life. Her treatment plan to patient is so well designed based on YOUR situation, not a same template to everyone. All in all, Dr. Mcnamara is an angel to her patients. I could not say more to express my huge gratitude her!

Not because Dr. McNamara is courteous and professional, although those would be reason enough, but because of her heart. There is truly care for every one of her patients. Thank you, Dr. McNamara: My heart-felt appreciation for making my successfully treatment plan, in a word, miraculous. It began with a competent and personable doctor who provided a comprehensive evaluation and prescribed an aggressive plan of action. The team Dr. McNamara compiled were the best in the industry and provided excellent care and support. Always testing, cross checking, and personally following up on results. The office environment is relaxing and assuring. It made me feel safe and at home. Sunip, also deserve recognition as she supports Dr. McNamara. They make a great team and are extremely responsive. In short, Dr. McNamara literally saved my life. Words can't describe the faith and trust I have in her skill and ability. Forever grateful.

They talk so disrespectfully to their patients that it is ridiculous I honestly don't know how these people have a job. They really need to take a class and etiquette and dealing with the public. These people that come to them are ill and are looking for answers and help not to be treated very poorly.

He monitors my health issues and sends me to other speciality medical departments if needed. I see him about twice a year. He's very knowledgeable but one of those few good doctors I know who's confident and nothing himself to say when he doesn't know something. That might be one of the most important attributes for a good doctor to have as it keeps patients with complicated conditions safer than some maverick who thinks they know everything. Besides that one unique point I thought I would share I have the same views as everyone else this guy is very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and an asset to his field at a time when you have Stanford pumping out useless doctors by the hundreds who think they are God's gift to earth. But here's the honest truth about Doctor Rozelle, he's great because he's great, unlike doctors who could be considered good because of how bad the others are. This is a pretty big difference and why he deserves 5 stars!

I had an appointment with him for a prolia injection after using this for several months all of a sudden it didn't come in so my appointment was rescheduled. 15 minutes before my appointment I get a phone call from the office saying he would no longer be seeing me. I was not given a reason or a referral to someone else. I realize this is his prerogative but he could have at least given me the last injection and told me in person. It took me a long time to do this but now that I've done it I'm glad as maybe this has happened to other patients. I just feel this is not professional and his front office staff are not very patient friendly.

I may get this for a first visit however in every visit she had it was the same thing. She is disabled and can no longer drive due to her lupus and arthritis, I take her to all her appointments and live in Modesto. This is not a problem normally but when he ordered her injection medication to his office to be administered there it was impossible to get in when it was due (previously she was administering then herself). It has now been 4 months since it was due her joints have all swollen and the insurance won't allow a new prescription because of it being at his office. This is the worst place and customer service I've ever seen.
