As part of lunch also had a cup of coffee au lait which was outstanding, the kind of coffee you dream of when going to Europe. Relative to wait staff they were very friendly and spoke english where service was both quick and good. Overall i gave the restaurant 4 stars as sandwich was good but not amazing. Despite the generous portion of truffles, I couldn't taste any truffle flavor, which was disappointing. We had an hour and a half for lunch but had to rush out to make it back to the conference center in time for our appointment.Perhaps this place is fine during non-peak times, but I'd avoid it when any convention is in town--they clearly can't handle the influx of business.
