The struggle is managing so many people that they are trying to survive by having enough cashiers to mend the main line. I don't understand the management of this store. I asked for a fitting room, the security guard looks at me and says one room is working and the other room is not. He just got there and he doesnt know? Looks at me like I'm supposed to give him an answer, lol. Make sure you grab a receipt, because it looks like the only fitting room that is provided is the comfort of your home.

The store looks clean and laid out well. It's not a big store, but they seem to have decent inventory from bags, shoes, clothes, jewelry and others. The people who work there are great as well. Since they're in an affluent area, they carry mostly mid to high-tier brands. So don't come in here looking for H&M quality prices. Expect high quality, unique brands in the $200-$1000 range. Most of the brands carried by T. are fashion forward and use amazing materials. T. specializes in obscure European brands that you might not find in the US. For instance, they carry Avant Toi and Forte Forte. If you like denim, they carry a variety of denim designers such as Frame, Citizens of Humanity, Rag and Bone, Transit, and many others. For jewelry, they carry local designers such as Velina and L.A. Stein. If you want to support local brands, this is a good place to go. They also carry Botaniko Skin products, which is kinda local. I think they're located in Alabama. They carry men's stuff too. Right now, their men's section isn't as big as the women's. But hopefully they'll grow further.

Used to be a frequent Kohl's customer but…read moreexperienced so much crappy customer service, not to mention how insulting it is they jack prices waaaayyy up and then have a 70% off sale!! So after I moved to John Creek and had so many other shopping choices I was over them. I don't know what possessed me to stop here today, I just was looking for something new, didn't remember how much I dislike this store. Big mistake! As I'm in the fitting room I can hear someone yelling, screaming curse words, angrily and violently just cursing someone out. I was afraid to leave the fitting room! I was sure there was about to be a hostage situation in the middle of Kohls. As it turned out it was the Kohl's employees in the store room cursing and yelling and being sounding violent with one another. Still a little afraid that something bad was going to go down I took my one item and went to the service desk to check out. I also had a 15% off coupon from Yelp for checking in at Kohl's today. The cashier did not know how to use the coupon so she asked the manager, Michael. Michael informed me that they did not take Yelp coupons, that Kohl's had never had any kind of agreement to take a Yelp coupon and he couldn't help me. He said that if I wanted to sign up for their email club then Kohl's would send me coupons that I could actually use, in a nasty little voice. Forget you, Kohls! I will not tolerate poor, down-right nasty customer service. Great job losing a customer AGAIN. I can't wait to hear what Kohls corporate and yelp think of his refusal to accept coupon.
