Irene has been repeatedly warned about this ongoing hazard. Her continued dismissal of these concerns is not just negligent -- it's irresponsible. If a child is injured because of this dangerous traffic and lack of tenant oversight, the fault will lie squarely with her. She was made aware. She was asked to intervene. She chose not to. That means mow the lawn. This is not just mowing the lawn. I think I need legal advice. She stated that even though our lawn guy won't do this kind of cleanup, if he doesn't we are in breech! No one said anything about assuming responsibility for this kind of clean up. We cannot afford to pay more than we already do to have the lawn mowed. My husband who had neck fusion went out there and started dragging huge tree branches around and has done harm to himself. He had to stop. These are trees that are 40 ft tall and are never pruned by the owner. This is not what we agreed to nor would we have. Irene has overstepped her bounds here. This attitude has been there since day one, and I have many examples in writing. This frankly has my heart palpitating. She had not even contacted the owner but gave her opinion that we must assume responsibility for the debris from these giant trees.
