She took the time to get to know me, what I was looking for and didn't waste time helping me find the place I can call home. Philippa took the time to make sure I understood what to look for in a house as well as every part of the home buying process. When my initial offer didn't get accepted, she quickly negotiated details of my offer with the listing agent on a deal that worked out perfectly for everyone involved. Bottom line up front: If you value your time and money you need Kris Kennedy!…read more I'm a planner. When the Navy told my husband we were moving to the Tampa Bay Area, I immediately started to research local area real-estate agents. Kris Kennedy got many favorable reviews across my most trusted websites and here on Yelp he's a total rockstar. After our initial conversation I knew he was the agent for us. We just closed on our Tampa Bay Home Area home today and having finished the process, I'm delighted to report Kris Kennedy lives up to every accolade he's received. Kris is a really nice guy (but let's face it ALL real estate agents are charming) Kris sets himself above the other agents starting with his professional demeanor and promptness. He is smart and shrewd a brilliantly, tenacious negotiator and an excellent communicator. He has league of professionals in his network that seemingly bend over backwards for him and thusly bend over backwards for his clients. Certainly if I had a question or a concern Kris had an answer, knew someone that did or found out and reported back quickly. He gave us excellent advice, asked important questions, custom built searches to suit our needs, and secured digital paperless portals to complete paperwork. Kris not only saved us time (his efficiency is miraculous), he saved us money A. LOT. OF. MONEY! 1. We were convinced we wanted a V.A. loan but upon Kris's suggestion we looked into it and discovered in this particular instance, using a conventional saved us about 11K. 2. After running some comps, speaking to the seller, investigating the history of the home we wanted etc. Kris was able to negotiate a savings of 24K from list price. FYI my husband and I would've paid asking price and Kris knew it. He worked his magic and saved us a total of 35K. This process was seamless in no small part thanks to the tireless workings of Kris Kennedy and his network of professionals.

It was a pleasure working with Kris! Can't say enough good things!…read more Kris is a true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, economics, and he is really good at marketing. He is also surprisingly pleasant to speak with and he's a very good communicator. He listened to me about what I wanted in home and he found me the perfect bungalow style home that I now love so much. I wasn't in a hurry to buy, but Kris called me saying I had to see this home because it was going to go fast. I had little expectations, but it was absolutely what I was looking for. There were multiple offers on the home, but Kris and I had the best offer. If it weren't for Kris' advise, care, and negotiating skills, I would have missed out on the perfect home. Kris also got my other townhouse I own rented for me at more rent than I expected and with only being on the market for 2 days! Whenever I am buying or selling a home again, I will make sure to call Kris, even if I am moving to another state. I am surprised Kris is not on a show like Million Dollar Listing. He is actually more handsome than those TV realtors.

He explained each step of the process thoroughly, always made time for our questions, and genuinely valued our input. It never felt like we were just another transaction to him. "While we were quietly freaking out, Dave was steadily steering us in the right direction." Were there a few bumps along the way? Sure. There was some early confusion around what needed to stay with the home versus what we could take -- a learning curve for us as new sellers. And one showing caught us completely off guard. Not ideal. But to Dave's credit, he took the feedback in stride and kept the process moving. What matters most is where we landed: sold ! with a good price taking into account the market condition and on time, exactly when he said we would be. That kind of reliability in a difficult market is genuinely hard to come by. Dave earned our trust, and if we find ourselves on either side of a real estate deal again, he'll be the first call we make. Highly recommend.

Review for Irene Ocasio - Florida Executive Realty Property Management…read more Irene Ocasio has shown a reckless disregard for the safety and well-being of the Tampa Palms community. Despite repeated, well-documented complaints from multiple neighbors about out-of-control parties, excessive late-night noise, and a dangerous influx of speeding visitors to one of her rental properties, she has chosen to do nothing. This isn't just about noise -- it's about public safety. Children live on this street. They play, bike, and walk here. The visitors her tenants routinely bring in tear through the neighborhood at unsafe speeds, posing a serious risk to everyone, especially kids. Irene has been repeatedly warned about this ongoing hazard. Her continued dismissal of these concerns is not just negligent -- it's irresponsible. If a child is injured because of this dangerous traffic and lack of tenant oversight, the fault will lie squarely with her. She was made aware. She was asked to intervene. She chose not to. Do not trust Irene Ocasio to manage property in any family-oriented neighborhood. Her actions -- or lack thereof -- show she prioritizes convenience and profit over basic community safety.

Florida Executive Realty Property Management's Irene Ocasio has suggested to my husband and I who…read moreare disabled tenants that cleanup of massive amounts of tree branches and debris in the yard from a Category 3 hurricane falls on us simply because it says in the lease that we are responsible for the lawn. That means mow the lawn. This is not just mowing the lawn. I think I need legal advice. She stated that even though our lawn guy won't do this kind of cleanup, if he doesn't we are in breech! No one said anything about assuming responsibility for this kind of clean up. We cannot afford to pay more than we already do to have the lawn mowed. My husband who had neck fusion went out there and started dragging huge tree branches around and has done harm to himself. He had to stop. These are trees that are 40 ft tall and are never pruned by the owner. This is not what we agreed to nor would we have. Irene has overstepped her bounds here. This attitude has been there since day one, and I have many examples in writing. This frankly has my heart palpitating. She had not even contacted the owner but gave her opinion that we must assume responsibility for the debris from these giant trees.
