Unfortunately, yesterday was completely different. My husband bought me 50 flowers for my birthday, and the bouquet cost $500. For $500, I expected a beautiful, fresh, high-quality bouquet. Instead, many of the flowers were already falling apart. Just looking at the buds, it is very clear that either the flowers were not fresh or they were prepared very poorly by the florists. Several flowers were also broken. Before the store tries to blame transportation, I want to make it clear that my husband was extremely careful with the bouquet. The broken flowers were actually inside the bouquet, not on the outside. And if you look at the photos, you can see how thick the stems are. These are not flowers that simply break from being carried carefully. This is simply unacceptable for a $500 bouquet. When you pay this much money for flowers, you expect quality, attention to detail, and professional service. We received none of that. A birthday bouquet should make someone happy, not leave them disappointed and wondering why they paid $500 for something that looks like this. After buying from this store multiple times, this experience completely changed our opinion. We are extremely disappointed and will never buy flowers from this company again. I would absolutely not recommend this flower shop to anyone, especially if you are planning to spend a significant amount of money.

The owner, I am guessing, is the one who called me. He sounded extremely dissatisfied that I requested no leaves and was very honest about the arrangement not looking the same. At the end of our phone call, I said if it's going to change the arrangement drastically, then just include it. He assured me that he will do his best to make sure the arrangement looks right. The recipient sent me a picture when it was delivered and it looked NOTHING close to what it displays on his website. The tulips were not properly arranged and it looked like it was just placed randomly (mostly on the bottom) which caused the arrangement to come with all the tulips drooping. I called to let him know my dissatisfaction and to specifically tell him about the tulip placement and he became defensive and said the reason why the tulips were drooping were because of me asking for no greenery. I told him the placement of the tulips in the picture versus the arrangement is not even close and it has nothing to do with the greenery not being included. Instead of offering some sort of compensation like most flower shops do, he continued to argue with me back and forth. I was very honest and told him I would be submitting this review. If you want horrible customer service, and somebody who doesn't take accountability, feel free to use them. Otherwise, it's a hard pass!!! I wish the delivery person provided me a visual of the delivery directly kinda like how Amazon does it for your packages. I didn't want to bother my friend to see if she had received it. I also didn't want it sitting outside possibly wilting if it was left at the door. For a $200+ arrangement I think the additional communication would have been great.
