Saddened and shocked by the service and attitude of the two staff working in Nirvana today (Saturday 12th July). I have been using Nirvana for years and always had amazing service from the original owners (now retired) Simon & Jackie, who always went the extra mile for their customers, and because of this I have always strongly recommended Nirvana to any riders who were looking for recomendations for a good bike shop for repairs and sales.
This has been my first experience since their retirement and the difference in customer service is stark! The new staff seem to have zero interest in building loyalty through good customer relations. The difference I suppose when its not your business, its not yours to lose. Simon & Jackie ran it for 28 years, you only make it that far by caring about your customers, if the present staff can't make an effort to value their customers there is no way Nirvana will still be here in another 28 :( read more
