A couple things about the store, they are so unorganized. They have me the WRONG ORDER 1) with online orders, you have a separate line with only one person working it, you might as well stand in the line for walk-ins because it goes quicker 2) I placed an order see exhibit A (5pack) 3) I walked out with something completely different (see picture) The management here is very poor and they charge you for items that you don't receive, where can I report this?

Bought a pen hour ago went into went to store return it

Bought pen at this store. got home open package, pen was empty. Went back to store they said it was clear oil but clearly there's a thin layer of gold oil. They didn't exchange. I just went home with what I got. Highly don't recommend buying disposable pens here

I tried them three times since two days before Xmas and every time I go they gave people hanging outside with about 9-14 waiting they will no longer give u wait times, they no longer smile or try to accommodate you with a phone order or a pick up order so u can leave and help alleviate the pressure! I went on Sunday and asked a guy how long the wait was he said ido they told me 9 I was like wow I'm going to CuraLeaf they are literally two blocks west And one block south on 83rd and Encanto they are friendly, fast and have great prices too! They are my new home dispensary I don't own. Car so I'd rather walk a lil more and drop my money where it's a appreciated!!!! read more

Great deals but unprofessional staff.. Christmas Day I accidentally left my wallet there which had some personal information as well as $150 cash, and as a paying customer I would have expected staff to turn it in too lost and found but instead someone picked it up and used my card at circle k . I reported the issue and management never got back to me so I involved police. read more

For the worst service of any Pot Store in the country this is the place. I go in and am pricing, so is my son there also, same reason. i tell him of a price and product he but pays $56. I order the same thing the bill is $10 higher. We are both recreational users. I go at to the car ask him how much he paid he gives me the receipt I go inside it was a waste of time they just lost a couple of customer. They were showed both reciepts and still wanted to argue? Horrible service since the day before serving recreational patients! I remember how I went in and got a different "vibe" that night. They next day every employee turned into an evil backstabbing psycho! Purposely filling online orders incorrectly and charging medical patients more illegally. I've had my last straw!!! You have the nerve to give me a damaged product when I'm in front of your face. AFTER I SAID I DONT WANT IT!!! Cute make me waste more of my money time and effort on you guys. Tell me you won't make it right! I'll make your reviews look the way they should! read more

This dispensary is foul af! The bud tenders don't pay attention to you. The tenders lied to me the last trip. Sold me an ounce of dry Og tht taste like it came from Mexico. The bud was sticky, but it was more like a spray that didn't over power the dirt weed smell! Shit had sticks and seeds! I'm out done after tht one! I'm going back to Pondarosa! I suggest Not WASTING YOUR TIME OR MONEY at this place! read more

I've been to this location a few times. If I could have gone to any other dispensary today, I would have. It's always my LAST resort. Anyway, I placed my "express" order online at 3:21 p.m. today. By 6:00pm, they hadn't even started filling it. I tried to call several times. (Looking at my call history, I called 12 times." No matter what option you choose, you either go straight to holding, hung up on or both. I was able to reach a person twice. Both times he answered, he immediately told me to hold. I waited over 30 minutes each time before hanging up. The last time I called I tried to get a word in about how long I've been trying to call but he quickly and loudly talked over me saying "There is one caller ahead of you." Then put me on hold. I was again on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up. I tried to call a few minutes later at 8:30 p.m. and they had turned the phones off for the night. (They close at 10 p.m.) My online order was never filled. They never texted, emailed or called me. This place needs a manager and front office staff that understand professionalism and customer service. read more

Don't go to this place if your money has a tear or tape together they won't except it but by law they have to if the money is legit and real they have a barker to check it but they won't except money but they will start hand out money to get from the bank to customers that's ripped or taped. Your company sucks you guys need to know the law and you guys will get reported to the attorney generals office for not excepting legal currency read more

Nirvana use to be one of my favs but now I dont think Ill ever go back. One time I got some sauce when I got home the seal was broke and just every where called would not fix it so i learned to check befor I walk out on that stuff. But then I go in and see that they have a flower I really like I didnt need the flower at the time but got a gram anyway. Get home and it a tiny lil bud so I use my scale and its not even a half of a gram. Called and they argued me down. First I spend alot of money there and only went there for a long time so why would I lie about a 12 buck gram when I hardly ever bye grams I bye ethights and up. Ughh Im so hurt I just cant go there if they treat there customers self. read more

The employees here are thieves DO NOT GO!!! Last year 420 a patient had told us a few employees got fired for stealing her allotment. Thought nothing of it bc it didn't happen to me. Now let's fast fwd to today I go buy an oz mysteriously 32 grams are taken off my allotment strange right. Well I call to Inform them and they tell me ummm we will call you back and find out what happen. 5 hours later no response. Dude that's bogus asf you need to stop employing all these kids and get some motivated adults who actually wanna work and not steal s*** from folks. I will never ever come back here again until I'm told exactly who stole my allotment and why! Not cool I have anxiety and a slipped disc in my back I medicated to ease pain not to be ROBBED!!!!!! I've been frequenting dispensaries for years, and there are good ones and bad ones. amung the good ones Nirvana certainly holds strong with the best of them. I have noticed that all dispensaries have good and bad days, but I have noticed Nirvana with more good days as far as available product, price, perfect, good service, fresh product, and nice easy to work with. Because of the consistency of these items, they will continue to get a lot of of my business.. Granted there are times when the nearest dispensary is gonna have to be the best one, but this not being nearest to me still gets most of my business so to the employees at Nirvana and I tell you I appreciate you and keep up the good deals and good customer service and we'll keep coming back read more

I have now been to between 5-10 dispensaries between AZ and Cali and once in Nevada. I have never been a repeat customer. Until I found this Nirvanna. In fairness to truty, this is the ONLY Nirvanna I've been to. The products are all quality, of course; but it's the quality of service that has kept me coming back, since! The people are welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable!! Every question I have ever posed was met with honesty, knowledge patience. I know this because I ask many Q's. My time there is well spent! I've been to the nirvanas quite often and I'll admit friendly staff are amazing! One strain I have to say 2:1 CBD HarlienSin. AMAZING! Truly helped with pain relief big time! I enjoy my smoke, more than edible or anything I recommend this flower to anyone who loves to smoke and wants some real pain relieftruly it helped loosen my spine from what felt like I was being strangled! I'll give them 3 stars because, credit, they usually have the best deals around and they always have more deals than anyone, and they are legit deals. But oh man, if you go anytime other than 8:47 am on a weekday, there's a good chance you'll be standing outside for 45 minutes, sitting inside for 30 minutes, and while inside there is AE(¥7^2)2 percent chance their system will crash. It's enough that if there's a decent deal I'll avoid em. read more

I like this location. They have the best people working here! Omar,Kayleen, and mark on and the guy with the green hair! are some of the sweetest people! They will help you find what you need and want and not make you feel rushed. They will not try and just sell you something because it costs more either they will get you the best bang for your buck while still getting quality. They have trouble answering due to being understaffed and highly busy. The online order is right but slow for updating flower. Saying all of that this is still my go to for flower. They have good deals for well grown flower. 35 for a half is solid. Even if I spend 150 a half I'll smoke it in just about the same time. I just like flower. Solid choice just do ur research on strains. read more

I would say I'm a regular here and I love to come to this dispensary a lot. The bud tenders are so friendly and educated on the products. Sometime you need to get lucky on the times you go because at times it gets really packed so during the day it's not so packed and at 5pm-8pm it seem to get really busy. I literally come here almost every week and I got to say it's one of the best dispensaries around to catch a deal or even to get helpful info from the staff hell sometimes they even help you save. There is 4 different Nirvana locations but this specific location on 75th is my fav they always have products in stock and their flower smokes better. I also feel that the wait time isnt to long compared to the Nirvana on 35th ave. I will continue to recommend new patients to this awesome location. read more
