Won't be back. Manager (chubby goth chick wit cross tat on her face) refused to replace a faulty vaporizer from a new company (one she sold me just the day prior). Device clearly faulty. Burning my throat pretty bad with barely any vapor. Manager talked to me like I didn't know the difference between types of concentrates, acted like I had the "wrong airflow settings" hahaha (there are only two, high and low and neither is a "wrong" setting). Watched her and worker laughing in the corner while observing the device. She thought I was some noob to smoking. Said she had the same device and could take it no problem. She'd never be able to hit this device without hacking her lungs up. Nor would any worker there or anyone thinks they got lungs. Also, the worker at the bay next to me (big black bro with dreads) was stumbling all over the place. I witnessed the customer he was dealing with have to point out where the products were for him cuz he didn't know what he was looking at. After that customer left, he tells the next customer how he been hungover puking all day from partying night before. That customer had to help him too. He tripped twice. Shid is a mess here yall. F this place don't go. read more

Another horrible experience JUST came in to pick up an online order for some reason the BIG deal is my number is registering under one of my family members the other day I came in and was told it was on the online ordering systems side by a very nice lady with blue in her hair and braids just came in and dealt with a younger female with a messy bun when I was trying to explain to her what I was told by the other employee Just 1-2 days ago I was then told I was WRONG and then she proceeds to tell me as I continue to try explain puts her hand up as to tell me to "stop speaking" this was my absolute FINAL and last time dealing with these rude employees so unless other smokers want a side of attitude and disrespect with your weed absolutely shop here I thought being a weed smoker would make you happier I guess they just have a dynamic at this location or a minimum requirement for nasty attitude NOT a great way to keep a customer who's been coming here for over a year I will NEVER give this dispo another CENT yall don't deserve to be in business if this is the kind of business you want to run not only was my first experience with the gentleman not even 2 months ago bad but this was worse I will not have some snotty little girl put her hand in my face as a CUSTOMER UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!! And frankly embarrassing I really wish I could put negative stars because yall don't even deserve the one star LOL maybe think about changing the dynamic because nasty, rude and disrespectful is NOT a dynamic to keep people wanting to spend their money which I've spent THOUSANDS here you just lost one very loyal customer who's only shops HERE due to one very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL employee who not only put her hand in my face continued to roll her eyes at me YUP because this is what nirvana's idea of professionalism seems to be considering I've now had 2 pretty bad experiences i refuse to spend money somewhere where I'm constantly treated like GARBAGE all because of a mess up somewhere reading someone else's name that I was told was an easy fix if she would have just asked someone how it could be fixed this whole mess could have been avoided but nope yall clearly do not care about your customers nor do your employees read more

They never have anything in stock more than 1 visit so you can never get the same product again. You ask them when they are going to get more and they don't even know. It's a shitshow. The pricing is even fishy. Horrible Customer Service read more

some of the deals are great as far as pricing. But the people there have a lot to be desired as far as customer service. Negative 10 out of 10 Stars this was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a dispensary not only did you not give me a first-time buyer's bonus it was my birthday week and I didn't get that I got treated like a nobody treated like s*** my husband who is with me however got all the free stuff all the bonuses so you guys can piss off with those two God damn free joints because I will never be back to any Nirvana cannabis anywhere in the country you guys are awful and I hope that each one of you has a birthday just as awful as mine you guys were the straw that broke the camel's back and I urge everyone to just drive past these people just a couple miles to Phoenix and find any other God damn dispensary because you will absolutely get treated better. read more

Sadly, due to one employee- Ray, I will no longer be spending my hard-earned money at this dispensary. I have been a loyal customer here in AJ as well as in Prescott Valley for several years. Never, have I encountered a bud tender so cocky and disrespectful to me. Brandy will always be the best. Unfortunately, the staff to include her will be just a memory after my recent experience. All the staff are polite and helpful. I'm usually after the cheap pre-roll but will settle with flower sometimes, usually when it's the better deal. And sometimes when I don't have as much money for the better deal, they find something that I can afford and keeps me happy. Thank all of you. P.S. I ride a bicycle and there are 3 dispensaries closer to me and I pass 2 on my way to the apache Junction Nirvana dispensary. I've been to both of them and they stuck. This is by far my favorite dispensary. Literally everyone staffed has so much knowledge and are more than happy to answer questions. Im timid with trying new strains but each associate I've connected with has listened and made excellent suggestions. The vibe is always so chill and sometimes they have vendors outside for you to support and connect with. They always have good deals on cannabis like now they have five of the Every day prerolls for $12 which is $2.40 apiece and they have some with very high THC.!!
