9 year old LOVED all they had to offer! Great staff! Clean facility.

It was a clean facility, lots of variety, well spaced out, plus great air ventilation. All very important things that we noticed make a difference at the various gyms we've been to across the US. However, the mixed class was more an open gym. Not a class. Not sure if the class with a dozen kids had two coaches or one. One coach might've been there to just workout as that's what he did the whole time. If that's the case, poor coach to student ratio. The other coach then only paid attention to a) the moms in the conditioning space, and b) the kids in the class with paid memberships. Also, when you request to join their "network" they say they'll send $10 coupon but they actually send a $5 coupon. Not a big deal, but poor marketing tactic. If we return, it'll be for the open gym only or if we commit to a membership.

Our family has had awesome experiences at Ninja's United! All of the staff have been super friendly and encouraging and my boys love going. We just got home from their most recent class and they are already looking forward to their next visit!

This place is amazing. I brought my great nephews here for one of our summer adventures. They thought this was the best one ever! The coach was wonderful with the kids and made it a great experience for them. We will be back for sure. We may even sign up for The August summer outdoor camp in Plymouth A day they won't forget, the 7 year old made it up the wall and the 5 year old made it across the rings Only downfall, I wish I would have checked yelp and checked in before I bought the T shirts

The puzzles make you think, but the 9 and 11 year olds were still able to help out and didn't feel like it was too hard for them. The puzzles were very hands on, which was very fun. The Montessori kid in me always loves that. The room itself was so cool with a bunch of secrets and secret places hidden around! Really felt like you were in a wizard's toward! Cool lighting, walls, and ceiling. AND a staircase in the room which was awesome! We finished in under an hour (which we were kind of shocked by, because we thought we were taking a long time). Overall, a very fun small group activity!

The room was so well done with creative and interactive mysteries. It truly felt like we were in a magical room, uncovering hidden clues and surprises. It was so exciting to uncover clues to get closer to completing our mission. The best part is that it was all Harry Potter themed which made it extra magical! We had 1 hr to complete and we escaped in the nick of time! Booking was easy and done online. It was easy to find parking nearby. The staff are super friendly and guide you through everything you need to know. I absolutely loved my first escape room experience! The whole group couldn't get over how much fun we had and already thinking about our next one! Highly recommend!

It was the busiest around 10-12 and was pretty much cleared at around 1230-1am. If you're willing to stay out that late, it made for an almost non existent wait line! The hills were well lit and the chairlifts moved quickly enough that the long lines at peak time weren't so bad. When you needed refuge from the cold, they had a multi story lodge to warm up in. They offered a variety of foods with one more concession focused and another room dedicated to more of an actual restaurant. When I went inside the restaurant was not serving food so I got a small fry from the concession and it was very reasonably priced at $3.50. They also had a bar upstairs where you could get beers and I believe cocktails - they also had a live band playing the night I was there. Overall very cool hangout spot whether you are indoors or outdoors - but be sure to reserve your passes early. The passes were sold out to those who tried to get them at the door, so plan ahead!

What I love most is how interactive everything is. Each room is private to your group (up to 5 players), so you're always playing with the people you came with, no awkward mixing with strangers. It makes it perfect for families, friends, or even a team outing with coworkers. The Mega Grid is hands-down my favorite and the main reason I keep coming back. It's fast-paced, challenging, and ridiculously fun.If you're looking for something different that gets you moving and laughing, this is the spot.

Activate is a super fun, high-energy experience, but plan ahead - especially at Mall of America…read more First tip: give yourself plenty of time to find it. We arrived about 30 minutes early and still felt rushed. The mall directions led us to a first kiosk, but Activate is actually on the third floor, so that added some confusion. When we arrived, there was a fairly long line. I had pre-registered online using a gift card, but at check-in they initially said I owed the full amount. I had to ask them to locate and apply the gift card I had already purchased. Once that was sorted out, each person in our group had to sign in separately, which takes a few minutes per person. They did provide a free locker, which was great. I highly recommend putting all jackets and hoodies in there - you will get hot fast. Once signed in, the instructions are very brief, but easy enough to figure out as you go. We were a group of six and hoped to play together, but had to split into two groups. That ended up being fine because we competed against each other, which was actually fun. There are about 10 rooms, and each room offers multiple game options. Every game earns you points, and there's a large scoreboard showing rankings, which adds a fun competitive element. We went on a busy day, so we did have short waits for some games, but usually only a couple of minutes. One downside: I wish there were a water fountain inside the gaming area. You can't bring water bottles in, and while there is a fountain by the lockers, our one-hour session flew by and we barely had time to step out. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely do it again. Tips if you go: 1. Arrive at least 30 minutes early to find it and check in. 2. Wear shorts, a T-shirt and running shoes. 3. Drink water before you start. Fun, fast-paced, and a great workout!
