The carne asada taco was okay, too many onions for me, but still quite tasty. Some would probably be intimidated to eat here because it is a run-down food truck located next to a gas station near the Home Depot of Coursey & Cedarcrest. The service was friendly and fast. Eating there is not really recommended because there are just folding chairs, no tables. I would say the food was pretty authentic and I plan on going back, especially for those yummy pupusas. This might not be your first choice, but at least make it a choice; step out of your box and try something new!

Everyone has heard about my deep rooted love and obsession for tacos and food stands, so I wanted everyone else in Baton Rouge to find out about this gem of a shady but delicious food truck! The meat is charred crispy to perfection, without being dry. The doubled-up HANDMADE a corn tortillas are definitely the best tortillas I have ever tasted. (Hmm, wonder if I can get a whole pack to go?!) The pupusas are delicious too, and come topped with a pickled cabbage. My friend did order the pork tacos, thinking it was carnitas, but it was actually chicharrones (pork rind) and we didn't like that one so much. I TOLD her to let me order for her in Spanish, but she insisted on the pork before I had the chance to people rly ask WHAT type of pork...... And yes, it's best to order in Spanish. Just say "taco de carne asada" (beef steak) and "taco de pollo" (chicken) and how may and you should be set. I usually order 3. They are small but very filling. I could literally eat these everyday. There are 2-3 chairs to sit out at while waiting for your order, and the wait time is 4-8mins or so depending on how much you order but it's so worth it. They even give salsa to go. Ladies, please wear your wedding rings (or a fake one while you order) because there will most likely have a plethora of men ordering authentic Mexican food, waiting to propose to any unsuspecting lady who just wants to get her foodporn on and immediately dash to the comfort of their own home to indulge in these tasty treats. It is parked at the gas station near the Home Depot on Cedarcrest & Coursey. Coming from bluebonnet (with the CCs coffee house on your left) you will cross over working onto Coursey, and it's the second gas station on the right. If you're in the Home Depot parking lot, the gas station is directly in front of the store.

They gave us the selection of a cheeseburger, wings, tacos, shrimp poboy, or chicken salad. Everything looked delicious and the process was really easy. I chose the cheeseburger without the egg. It was perfectly cooked and filling. Topped with lettuce, tomato, purple onion, fresh jalapeno slices, and a homemade, light, bbq type of sauce, it was just the right amount of food. The fries were a nice mix of crispy and less crispy. I didn't think I would be able to finish the burger, but it wasn't as daunting as i thought. I look forward to trying some of their other dishes when I find their food truck out and about.

The workers were very nice and extremely helpful and friendly, they gave us great recommendations to pick from. Street burger- this burger was awesome, containing prime beef, lettuce, chipotle mayo, tomatoes, red onion, fried jalapenos, bacon, american cheese, and street sauce which I can describe as a tangy and sweet sauce similar to bbq sauce but lighter! Oh also the handcut fries were superb too! The burger was juicy with all the right flavors especially the fried jalapenos which have enough bite to make you want more! The street sauce was very unique at the same time I enjoyed and appreciated it on my burger because with the spicy characteristic of the jalapenos the sauce have a complimentary sweetness that didn't overpower the burger! Also the burger comes with a fried egg but I'm not a egg person so I didn't include I in mine but just know it does come with it as a usual option! Wings and waffles- I had forgot to take a picture of this beautiful creation, I had basically ate it without even remembering that I should've taken a picture. The wings were fantastic, I got the lemon pepper which was outstanding and cooked to perfection. The waffles were fluffy and light and gave a good change of flavor from the wings making me want to go back and forth between the two! Overall this event was fantastic, the food truck definitely delivered and I will be making it a regular stopping destination for futures to come!

It is a food truck or kitchen with a small closed off outdoor dining space with only three tables. Their hours are limited, so it is something that you'd need to plan ahead for. We ordered a ton of things to try. While everything was delicious, the mains were on the slightly pricey side, all at $20 each. Out of everything here, we really enjoyed the lumpia, chop suey, sisig, and pork skewers. The inihaw was good, but we definitely overloaded on pork! Their pork adobo tasted exactly like Vietnamese thit kho (caramelized pork) and there was nothing special about it. It left me wondering if adobo is made differently in different regions of the Philippines? Overall, I would come back! The sisig is something I never knew I was missing out on in life! The acidity from the sauce is different and super refreshing - it helps balance out the rich, fatty flavor of the pork. Not to mention, but they have some of the BEST fluffy steamed rice in town! I'd love to try their halo halo during our next visit!!

What made this special is that it's cooked to order bringing back wonderful memories of trips to the Philippines. Now the garlic rice was the superstar here, definitely one of my favorite dish's with perfect texture from the rice, and plenty of garlic yet not over powering in eat this with every meal. Can't wait to try other menu items. The owners are awesome, and you can see the love they put into their cooking. If you haven't tried Filipino cuisine and in the area this is your food truck.

Me I can't usually get em cuz my girlfriend's a vegetarian and that pretty much makes me a vegetarian. I do love the taste of a good burger! Any burger fan will prob know Wher I got that from, but after my first bite of this bacon cheeseburger I just bought, I was in love. The flavor from this perfectly cooked patty was making my taste buds dance w excitement! Every bite had bacon in it which is how a bacon cheeseburger burger should be. Fries were cooked just right and talk about quick service, it was all ready before I could go back to my amazon cart and drop in more Xmas items. My total for the burger and fries and a drink totaled out to be my favorite number also, so for some reason I knew this was about to be a great lunch. Considering how close by I am to this little food truck, I think I'm gonna make it a weekly reward for a hard weeks work. Burger Fridays at the Patty Wagon!

They're packed with juicy, fall-apart roast beef and melted cheese, all tucked inside a perfectly crisped tortilla. Each order comes with fresh diced white onion, cilantro, grilled onions, consommé, and a fiery green sauce that packs serious heat. More recently, I discovered the Quesabirria pizza--and wow. It's made with two large flour tortillas stuffed with a generous amount of birria roast and melted cheese, crisped on both sides. It's served with all the same flavorful accompaniments as the tacos, and the portion size is huge--easily enough to feed two to three people. Don't let the pictures fool you!
