He answered all our questions since it was our first time there and made it easy to make our selections. I ordered the spicy seafood noodle soup and my husband had the sweet and sour pork. We also ordered the Harlingen roll to share between us since that is our home town. The soup was wonderfully spicy and the noodles were yummy! The pork was very tender and the sauce light and obviously made in house. The Harlingen roll was very nice. What surprised us was that it was deep fried. Everything was so delicious! The restaurant is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. We went for lunch, but I suspect it would be a wonderful place for a romantic dinner for two. We will definitely be back. Anyway, Kevin contacted me to tell me that they had made some improvements and invited me to come give them another shot. He even paid for our dinner. My second experience was totally different! The service was great and the food was cooked just how I like it, with nice fresh veggies. In fact, I enjoyed my meal so much that I even came back the next day for lunch! I've been back a few other times as well.
