Very disappointed with their customer service. Apparently they don't honer their 90 day return policy. They have lost a longtime customer. Update: l ended up returning them at the Enfield store with no problem. The rep in Manchester had told me they had to be in resell-able condition. I guess they resell defective items there.

What you have to remember, they will only take what they need!!! I brought in a ralph lauren dress last fall they passed on, but they took it yesterday. Don't bring in your whole closet, try to keep to a bag or basket. they usually only take current fashion -although did see a pair of polo flip flops from twenty years ago, i used to buy at Marshalls for 10.00 so they do seem to make some exceptions. Consignment is a tough business, these ladies make it work, it's a nice shop. :)

Also, you'd be better off selling the items yourself online or going somewhere else because what she offers is offensive. The markup is probably considerable compared to what she offers you. Customers are keeping her business going as we provide her with items to sell and make money. You should really show some kindness and respect to the customers that support your business.

Old Navy has come a long way in the past 15 plus years. Their items are trendy, of quality…read morematerials, and their tops no longer feature their logo all across the chest. The Old Navy in Evergreen Walk is so large that they have two entrances. The inside is well organized, with men's items to the left, women's to the right and the children's to the rear of the store. Their assortment of summer dresses are made of breezy cotton fabrics with delicate prints. I have purchased a dress here each summer and it's been my casual or beach staple every year. Same applies to their tee shirts. They currently have a very cute Disney Collection, if you happen to be visiting a Disney park, I would pick up some of the tops at Old Navy. One thing I would never do is pay for anything full price! Things are pretty pricey full price. It is not hard to catch a sale. If it's not in store, it's online. If it's not this week, it'll be next week. One thing I was surprised to find at this Old Navy, were their formal dresses. They have a collection called The Occasion, they are trendy, colorful and affordable. One of them looked like something I've seen on Ariana Grande. This Old Navy has all the latest trends. I would stop by when in the area.
