My gripe is that I was waiting for a phone call or notification that my new glasses were ready for pickup. Apparently they use an automated system to send a text message that I never received. If I had not called them 8 days later after ordering my new glasses, I wouldn't even have known they were ready for pickup. The rep I spoke to confirmed my phone number on file was correct. He said sometimes they have issues with the automated system but confirmed they wouldn't have made a call out for me to pick up my glasses. Not the best customer service in my opinion.

The Pops were disorganized and so he started moving them to see what was behind. When he did, an employee behind the register yelled at him not to move them because they were organized. When he explained that there were others behind it, she said it was because of customers moving them. We immediately left. Yelling at another customer who is browsing in front of other customers rather than coming over to ask if we need help is completely unprofessional. Blaming customers for a disorganized shelf in front of other customers is also unprofessional.
