I had a mini panic attack to say the very least. Hania offered a full refund and suggested a local salon as an alternative. As much as I appreciated Hania offering alternatives, I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and planning on her part. I understand that life happens and things need to be reprioritized, but I had hoped for the service I was promised. I wouldn't recommend her from a customer service and service delivery perspective. I am sure she is a great artist, but I would be very hesitant working with her again as there is no guarantee that she will deliver on her promised appointment and service.
