The unfortunate push of bad service is the nail that pins Kelly's as a "move on to the next" label this review is intended to share. If you have a zero person capacity, you might want to show some personality to the one party that shows and is happy to tip big for a good time. Very sad. The good things? Plenty of dart boards, spacious floor room for some dancing, lighting is comfy, and the seats are comfortable.

This place is definitely a dive bar, no disputing that, but it is one of the cleanest, most homey feeling dive bars out there. Stadium is absolutely spotless inside, and it feels much more inviting than most other bars of its caliber. It was neatly decorated for the holiday, has a couple of nice TVs, a pool table (3 games for $1, best price in town), dart boards, and lotto machines. The bar also had some free food and snacks for their regulars. To address some of the concerns listed in the first review, there is no mistaking that this is a military/veteran-friendly establishment. There is military memorabilia and decor on every table and wall, as well as in the bathrooms, and a giant POW flag hanging right by the door when you walk in. The first review also mentioned that the bar was full of locals, and that is correct -- nearly every seat at the bar was taken by folks who looked like they were regulars, but that's also kind of the point of a dive bar, isn't it? Despite not being regulars ourselves, we did not feel out of place or unwelcome. The bartender was also very friendly to us, and even came out to our table to serve us despite being busy at the bar. Great place to be for Packer games and all sports. They usually have some specials for the games as well as daily/weekly specials in the kitchen. My favorite is when they do crab Rangoon pizza! The other option I always order when here is a variation of different wings that they make. They have a full pool table, a dart machine, and a nice side small patio outside. The bathrooms are very small and cramped, but usually pretty clean. Unlike many other dive bars in this town, this one everyone is and does feel welcome here with the friendly service and atmosphere of the regular customers.

Regardless, it was not whiskey. We wanted to pay out right away because we were only having the two drinks. and it was like pulling teeth to let us close our tab.
