Additionally, I had a hanging under carriage felt piece which I'm guessing is required for sound proofing or governmental overreach that has fallen off in chunks from speed bumps, steep driveway grades, or some form of auto part rapture, which I asked them to disentangle and remove.. They did so with a silent knowing recognition to the idiocy of the design. But here's the thing. They refused payment. No charge for anything, despite my protestations. So in summary, I went to a car shop asking for and ready to pay for services and the shop said, "No charges, come back to us in the future when you really need work." Damn skippy, I will.
