Wanted to like this place really bad, the selection is cute. The prices were pretty good. I was…read moresold a pair of jeans that are originally about $270 online and I got them for $60. I was ecstatic! The woman working there told me that they are light jeans mostly designed for horseback riding and such. She pointed out that the jeans were tailored on the back pockets for more strength/stability. Sounded good, looked good, fit and felt good. BUT, First day of wearing them at my cashier job where i literally STAND all day, i noticed on my bathroom break there was already tearing near a belt loop with thin threading. (I could completely see my skin/underwear) I already had the worst thought in my mind as i looked through the crotch area of the jeans, and the threading was completely see through and worn out!! So completely embarrassing! I have only ever experienced this happening with a pair of jeggings i had and that was only after years of wearing them did they start to thin. I am genuinely surprised that these jeans were even for sale because they won't last a month and aren't salvageable at all. I called the store the next day and asked if they did returns/refunds or even partial credit, and i was just met with an instant "no" over the phone, didn't even ask me why or inquire more about it. I'm so sad because i feel like i got scammed and it kinda ruined my first visit to this place. I can't even wear the jeans i bought :(.

They had an appraisal value of $28,000. And $9,300. Going thru divorce I felt it was the safest place for them to be. Protected in there safe and I always kept my loan low so I never got I deep water. My bill was under $400.00. This is 1% of my rings value 1%. Heidi always did me good so I wasn't worried. Then one day I went to pay and pick them up, it was a Saturday Heidi was there alone and when I got there she already had closed for the day 30 min early said she was off to the hospital to visit a sick friend. I said no problem I'd be back Monday. Then Monday rolled around and I received a statement from them in my mail. It said as a Curtesy they extended by due date another several months. I thought nothing of it since I had been pulling them out and repawning them now over a year. They new my situation and the purpose was to keep them safe until my home life improved. I thought to myself how sweet of them. Then about a month later my security at home was resolved so I went to pick up my beautiful rings. Heidi's brother was there waited on me. He told me my rings were gone. That I missed the deadline and they didn't have them anymore. I broke the contract. He said they extended it 10 days as a courtesy and I failed to comply. I was shocked, I explained to him the letter he said impossible we don't do that, I told him i still had the letter and it wasn't even late yet, he told me yeah well I searched the computer and the vault and I don't see them anywhere so they're already gone. It's to late there nothing we can do. I was robbed, lied too, deceived, and most of all hurt. I let my family down I let my mom down she trusted me with the most beautiful ring I have ever seen and I failed her. Same with my aunt. I couldn't even face my aunt and tell her what had happened. I was so ashamed. 50 years of my life I knew they would be mine and .y responsibility and I lost them because I trusted these people. They scammed me. I still have the letter and it's clear as day the date is typed out on it. But According to Heidi's brother I must of been mistaken they would never of extended the date past 30 days. They just don't do that, it's to late your rings are gone. He told me you signed the contract didn't you read it first? I've never stepped foot in there again. Those were the most precious things I owned. Mailisa Levaditis Honeybeelevaditis@gmail.com

Many of the items I noticed were Knick knacks and dishes. This store I thought was bad years ago, now it's just a horrid smelly mess. The goal I believe is to encourage online shopping on their site, which is beyond overpriced.

I also had no idea the amount of clothing and bedding they literally throw away!!!! Goodwill's clothing is over priced, Walmart sells NEW ITEMS much cheaper. It's a hobby collector's shop ... not a means to offer affordable clothing to those whom may be on tough times. The homeless traffic State St that passes by Goodwill continuously throughout the day, I doubt would have any issue with taking the coats, bedding and whatnot that gets thrown out Also, during the numerous times I have Donated , I have not once taken a receipt for Tax purposes, I don't donate and never will for personal gain .:.. Nor should I hear anyone who is Donating including myself being treated like shit for trying to give to Goodwill I've Donated to Goodwill out of pure laziness, it's easier to give, than to throw a GarageSale and make a buck. But thanks to this last couple months and the treatment I've received and overseen towards those whom donate ... I'm done! Waste Management will pick up clothing as per their website during garbage pick up, that is my plan from here out. Yelp, I'm not even happy rating one star
