We had been considering getting a full sun Japanese Maple, but they turned out not to be the right shape and height for the location. We asked for the advice of young lady on staff what she thought might work, and she made several suggestions based on our needs and location. We finally decided on a Flowering Crab Apple. Here is the bottom line; They had a wide variety of trees, evergreens and plants to choose from. ALL of their stock looked very healthy and well cared for. The two women on staff couldn't have been more knowledgeable or helpful...and willing to pitch in!!! The shop was really well organized and charming. And their prices beat ALL the West Metro Cinci, S.E. Indy competition!!! We couldn't have been more pleased with our selection, Casey's was great!!!

I called to inquire about a solution to the driver taking out a tree limb and the individuals I spoke to were totally dismissive and disrespectful. Ultimately there was no resolution and the man that I spoke to said, "Well we do that sometimes." This to me is an incredibly unprofessional and completely apathetic response to the situation. After more research I have discovered that cheaper alternatives exist in the Burlington area. I do my best to support local businesses when I can, but this is one local business I cannot and will not support.

I was pleased with my purchase of the beautiful light up glass vase that will hold the plant and it's self-watering. I can't wait to see it with the new plant. It is a great family owned business that they are passionate about. *Disclaimer* this IS a cut your own tree place. That means going out into the fields, finding your tree, cutting it, and bringing it back to the lot. For me, that is part of the experience, and they DO help you by shaking it, netting it, and will assist getting it on/in your car if needed. If you're down with this keep reading! From the moment you arrive you are greeted by the helpful owner and a trusty sweet old black lab. There is a small building with free popcorn and hot chocolate. They provide saws or you can bring your own. There are a huge selection of trees from small to super tall. They have several different types of trees as well. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I found out last year that dogs are welcome leashed, as long as they are well behaved so this year I brought my husky. As mentioned above you cut your tree and carry it back to the stand where they get it ready for you. They do provide twine for tying it to your car as well. Each year a free dated ornament is given to you upon checkout, which I find charming. Sometimes they even have homemade wreaths for sale. Their prices are SUPER reasonable, far more than that tree lot with trees that have been cut for months and wont last long.
