    The service in this office has taken a nosedive since they were taken over by another company…read more Before, an appointment could be scheduled within several days, now it takes several weeks. Also, it seems the phone is only answered at the convenience of whoever is supposed to be answering them. I had a truly awful experience trying to reach someone there today. I called about 8:10 and got the recorded message that says the office is open 8-5 on Monday and that I should call back during regular business hours. I called back about 10 minutes later and got the same message, during what was supposed to be "regular business hours". This is not the first time I've had this experience with them. Then I used my break at work to call again about 10:30, and was on hold for about 5 minutes before someone answer and said, "I'm with a patient, can you hold?" (isn't that what I'd been doing?), and was put back on hold. Two minutes later, I was hung up on. I called back and again was on hold for about seven minutes, when the same woman picked up the phone and said, "I'm with a patient, can you hold?". I told her no, I've already been holding for over 10 minutes and was hung up on once, and I don't want to hold any longer. She responded that she was with a patient and again asked me to hold. Again, I said no. She repeated, "I'm with a patient and I have several calls ahead of yours", to which I responded, "Then why did you pick up the phone?" and she put me back on hold. I held for seven or eight minutes longer and nobody ever came back to the phone. Finally I had to hang up. I called again about an hour later, and finally got through to someone. I explained that I was calling to check on a prescription refill, which was another debacle. It used to be, you could call this office and they would phone in a prescription for you. Now, you have to call the pharmacy yourself and ask them to send in a refill request. My request was received yesterday, however, apparently nobody had time to review it. I asked how long it would take and was told that the person who would approve the request is out today. I asked if someone else could approve and was told no. I am disgusted and will be looking for a new doctor's office with better service.

MA Catherine did not know…read morewhat she was doing and had her son walking around in the office (very unprofessional).Staff keeps you on hold for extended periods of time, very long wait times to see the doctor and extremely small waiting room. I would never recommend this office to anyone, they can not even keep doctors and constantly different staff. This practice is an absolute mess!!
