Dregansky was , by far , one of the best primary care physicians I ever had. And although I miss the guy , I'm more than thankful for one of the doctors who replaced him. Dr Burnell is an amazing physician in so many ways. Friendly , intelligent, efficient , informative, patient, ...etc. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new primary care physician.

The care is very good accepting their billing department went to fallen timbers family physicians…read morefor consultation to have a doctor family doctor paid by $45 copay till later getting a bill for $130 in the mail I called my insurance company called the billing department thought it was resolved to getting a second notice in the mail second time I called falling timbers family's physicians they told me call the billing department called the billing department very rude sent me out a third notice for a collection agency they are trying to double bill not only for a doctor's visit but a hospital visit that I never was at unfortunately will not go back really liked the care that they gave but don't believe I should be double billed for a hospital visit that I never went to very bad business insurance is checking into fraudulent insurance claims

The service in this office has taken a nosedive since they were taken over by another company…read more Before, an appointment could be scheduled within several days, now it takes several weeks. Also, it seems the phone is only answered at the convenience of whoever is supposed to be answering them. I had a truly awful experience trying to reach someone there today. I called about 8:10 and got the recorded message that says the office is open 8-5 on Monday and that I should call back during regular business hours. I called back about 10 minutes later and got the same message, during what was supposed to be "regular business hours". This is not the first time I've had this experience with them. Then I used my break at work to call again about 10:30, and was on hold for about 5 minutes before someone answer and said, "I'm with a patient, can you hold?" (isn't that what I'd been doing?), and was put back on hold. Two minutes later, I was hung up on. I called back and again was on hold for about seven minutes, when the same woman picked up the phone and said, "I'm with a patient, can you hold?". I told her no, I've already been holding for over 10 minutes and was hung up on once, and I don't want to hold any longer. She responded that she was with a patient and again asked me to hold. Again, I said no. She repeated, "I'm with a patient and I have several calls ahead of yours", to which I responded, "Then why did you pick up the phone?" and she put me back on hold. I held for seven or eight minutes longer and nobody ever came back to the phone. Finally I had to hang up. I called again about an hour later, and finally got through to someone. I explained that I was calling to check on a prescription refill, which was another debacle. It used to be, you could call this office and they would phone in a prescription for you. Now, you have to call the pharmacy yourself and ask them to send in a refill request. My request was received yesterday, however, apparently nobody had time to review it. I asked how long it would take and was told that the person who would approve the request is out today. I asked if someone else could approve and was told no. I am disgusted and will be looking for a new doctor's office with better service.

I would never recommend this office to anyone, they can not even keep doctors and constantly different staff. This practice is an absolute mess!!
