They started out as a food truck operation serving delicious smoked meats like pulled pork and ribs. They're signature is the steak tips. Oh mama! The steak tips are served perfectly seasoned and tender over a bed of rice. My mouth is watering just typing this review. They moved into a building in order to expand their operation and be able to cook for their catering business. During Covid, they ran their food truck in the parking lot of their business and set up a tent in order to provide the opportunity to serve their delicious meal offerings while complying with state mandated Covid protocols. Most recently, they have now opened on the weekends for take-out only. I had the fried Haddock which was delicious. It was fried to a deep golden brown and the fish was delicate and flaky. I opted for a side of their creamy homemade mac-and-cheese which is also a favorite for most to include me. They have a baked North Atlantic Salmon option with a lemon dill Dijon cream sauce or a teriyaki glaze.
