On Dec. 20th Abby had a warm bed waiting and applied a full set in two hours! I literally felt nothing and almost fell asleep a few times! After she was finished the results were night and day! I had full fluffy long lashes! After two weeks I booked a mini fill and I barely lost any!! I have had a full refill and mini fill since and I am obsessed two months later! Abby listened to any tweaks I would like to see (more length less volume etc) and was always very accommodating! I highly recommend brushed! Not only is the service great BUT so is the PRICE!!!

Unfortunately upon arriving, I was greeted by the receptionist who check me in clearly seeing I had my daughter with me and told me I could have a seat and wait. After waiting 10-15mins, I was then greeted by the stylist who should have done my service to be told they have a strict NO CHILDREN or guest policy and that the policy was sent over to me prior to the appointment via email. That if I could have someone pickup my daughter and they could perform the service. First I would like to address the fact the policy was not sent to me via email because upon booking they did not ask for my email. Secondly how disappointing that this is a women owned business and they chose to implement a no children policy. Sadly I can not base this review on a service that was performed but only on customer service and policy and I would not recommend this business based solely on the policies and the way this situation was handled.

It's clean inside. Was this the best pedicure I've had? No. I had a gentleman and he cut my toe doing my cuticles. Everyone had bubbles in their foot bath except me. Otherwise, it was nice. I love that they use disposable bags to line the foot baths. Easy clean up and sanitary. Next time I think I'll request Van. My daughter loved it. And she really loved Marley, the cute sheltie dog that stays at the nail studio. Very friendly dog and well loved and taken care of. My daughter and grandma ended up getting their nails done too. Van did a great job with them. Highly recommend her. My grandma LOVED her pedicure and manicure. She said she will be back every 6 weeks for pedicures lol. It's nice to pamper yourself sometimes.
