Wow! I went here with 5 other friends with no reservations on a Saturday night. It was phenomenal! Personally I didn't get any sushi, hey I'm a college student and couldn't afford the prices. But my friends got the veggie roll 10/10, 3 crunchy salmon 100/10, and some kind of yellow tail. I got to try a piece of everything and it blew me away. We had great service and drinks. The drinks are $14 each which is a bit pricey for me but then again, could be worse. Also, they are amazing! After dinner we asked to go into the speak easy and it was such a cool experience. I could've sat here all night....we stayed about 2 hours. The ambience in the restaurant and speakeasy were both phenomenal. I would highly recommend for date night or dinner with friends. read more

Not sure why everyone raves about the sushi here. Maybe it's cause I'm from Los Angeles and we have some great sushi, but here it was just ok. The best was the octopus nigiri... I could eat just that all night. The octopus was fresh and really good. The rolls were just meh. As others mentioned, too many had cream cheese in them... why?! We had the curry roll, which was interesting. Not amazing but also not bad. The curry overpowered everything and we couldn't really taste the fish or prawn inside. The miso ebi douchi roll tasted too salty. I know it was likely the miso causing this, so we picked off the top containing the miso to make it more palatable. The best roll we had was the uramaki salad roll. It tasted fresh and the sauce wasn't overpowering. The drinks here are also just ok, which was surprising considering they have a well known speakeasy attached to them. Service was also not attentive (even by BA standards) and we had to ask for water multiple times. The entrance here has a velvet rope, I guess to have an air of exclusivity but it really doesn't work here. They aren't a hotspot enough to do this, even though they try to make it seem like you're fortunate to be able to dine with them, which they will definitely say to you if you don't have a reservation. The service and food don't live up to that attitude, which made us even less impressed with this place. read more

Hands down best sushi in Buenos Aires. After living here for a few months and trying various sushi places, this one wins! Tasted so fresh and perfect. The sashimi, excellent quality, good sized pieces on the white fish and tuna, more "normal" size on the salmon and octopus. The two rolls, both creative, quite tasty - one of them with fried prawn, asparagus and crab, the other with tuna and avocado and a sweet bourbon sauce. My only objection on the menu - out of 13 creative rolls, 10 of them have cream cheese. I really don't get the Argentine obsession with cream cheese and sushi. It sure as hell isn't "NY style". Overall, quite happy, and all inclusive, with tip, came in at 900 pesos (they do have a pesky 30 pesos cubierto charge, the only other negative of the evening). Solid sushi, great decor, great service (thought it did take a shockingly long time to get our food), I thought it was a bit too pricey for what you got food wise, but it was fun and enjoyable none the less. It's the worst sushi ever. The tuna was rotten, the rolls are gigantic and disgusting, all of them with Philadelphia and avocado, clearly for people that don't understand Japanese cuisine!!!
