They've done exactly that and then some. I wholeheartedly recommend Marine Works and owner/master mechanic Danny for an overall quality experience. Before I bought a boat from them they did the maintenance and fixed anything i had wrong with my original boat. Danny would take the time to walk me through troubleshooting to make sure it wasn't something small before I drove an hour to bring my boat down there. He always shot me straight and was fair which I appreciated immensely. Fast forward a year and I bought my brand new boat from them. The process was seamless and they took care of everything for me. If I didn't like how something was done they made it right. Danny has always made me feel like a priority which is all you can ask for from a dealer.

Then when we got the bill they had charged us $700. The person who told us it was under warranty was not the person that charged us. DO NOT TAKE YOUR WATERCRAFT HERE!!!! Took my jet ski up here in October of 2021 to get winterize…read more Was told it was $130 to winterize it. When I dropped it off it had a small issue where it would bog down for a few seconds sometimes when you gave it full throttle. I asked if they could check it out and fix it. Well 9 months later (July 11th) while it's sat up there for months, its worse than it was before I took it there. Called multiple weeks for months straight asking when I could come get it. Would get a different excuse every time. They said in June and July they couldn't work on it cause it was winterized when there had been months go by where we were out of winter and could be worked on. I finally called and said I'm coming to get it and asked for total. Service guy tells me it's not idling (which it did before I took it there) and that it was $580. Tells me it can't be put on the water still. And also that it's only a $60 dollar part to fix and only takes 30 minutes to put on (which they didn't do) it didn't get fix. He said im better off fixing it myself. But didn't have a problem taking my money for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Then acts like he's doing me a favor by saying he's only charging me for half the labor $400. So pretty much threw $500 down the drain just to get a jet ski back that's in worse condition than it was when I took it there. Oh and not to mention it was there for 9 months!!!!! This is the Taylorsville, KY location. Do yourself a favor and don't take your stuff here. Find people who actually know what they're doing and don't rip you off and practically take your money for nothing! I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
